Overall, we are very satisfied with our Zgrill. Very solid construction! Does a great job adding a nice smoke flavor but wish there was a way to sear. Customer service has been helpful about rewards issue.

Received non working grill and almost a month later still haven't got to use it. Z grills sent me a replacement temperature probe knowing that it's the complete control panel that isn't working. It just keeps popping codes and glitches

Excellent. First time pellet user. Everything went the way it should of. Nice and easy..Now, I just need to learn to cook..lol

But the dang WiFi will not work I have tried over a dozen times to get it to work you guys need to fix that bug over all great buy great cook

This grill/smoker is excellent. Comes up to temp fast and holds set temp. Love it. Highly recommend it.
