Received non working grill and almost a month later still haven't got to use it. Z grills sent me a replacement temperature probe knowing that it's the complete control panel that isn't working. It just keeps popping codes and glitches

I had a very good first experience with my smoker. I thought that the temperature was accurate. I was able to see the readings on my cell phone inside my house. Excellent!

I bought this as a gift for my husband his birthday is not until May 13th so I haven't given it to him yet but I know he will LOVE it when he gets it! So I'll do an update after his first use.

The first thing I smoked was a couple hunks of teriyaki marinated Bluefin Tuna and Yellowtail Fillets. They came out perfect and tasted great. The second time I cured my own fresh ham and that also came out beautiful.

Wifi has been a little tricky. But the Grill appears to work well. Lots of racks for stacking ribs etc. About 1 1/2 hour assembly. Ready for the weekend.

If there is anything or anywhere greater then my multitasker 11002B WiFi, let me know! Hey you can have your own! Mine found a home forever!

Awesome product. No corners cut on how it was designed and built. Just an amazing piece of thoughtful engineering.

Just opened the box and removed the smoker. There are no instructions. Did anybody else get instructions for theirs?
