I absolutely love this grill. Best smoker I've owned!!! However the app fluctuates between being 12-20 degrees off. The machine itself is amazing though. Please update the app! Other than the app issue I'm in love!!!

This is my first pellet grill, I have used it 6 or 7 times now? This grill is amazing!! It was easy to assemble and is very well built instructions were easy to understand and clear on settings and use strongly recommended this grill

Assembly was easy and no issues with parts fitting. Just did my first pork butt... won 1st place at the BBQ contest at work. The app needs a serious upgrade! Would have gotten 5 stars if wasn't fir the app...

The app is not not very good however the build quality is this is my fourth pellet smoker not having a direct fire option is not favorable but using grill grates makes up for it a bit I have noticed it uses less pellets then my other smokers.

Smoked two racks of Baby backs.They were outstanding. The wifi app needs a lot of work,glad you don't need it to run the smoker.If you fix it please let all buyers know. Still would recommend this Smoked as the one to buy.

Overall, we are very satisfied with our Zgrill. Very solid construction! Does a great job adding a nice smoke flavor but wish there was a way to sear. Customer service has been helpful about rewards issue.

Pretty good pellet grill. App is completely worthless. It is almost false advertising on their part that this is a wifi grill with the app being so bad.

Everything on the grill is great. It does a great job smoking! Have done a brisket (19 lbs) and a pork shoulder. The grill did a great job keep the heat regulated. The only improvement needed is on the app.
