Great grill great value and able to pass on to next generation

I absolutely love this grill! It is so easy to manage temps. The app is easy to navigate.

Great pellet smoker. Controller is awesome on holding the correct temp. Can't find a fault currently!

Came sealed in the box with factory damage to paint and manufacturer rep has no touch up paint and suggested I go buy the high heat paint myself.

Grill Erroneously and repeatedly shuts down in the middle of cooking ruining meal. The display also malfunctions with missing characters. Customer service is not acceptable. Still waiting for zgrills to honor warranty and its been 2 years.

The app seems corrupt. Read reviews of others with the same problems with the wifi. Everything else works well. If you state if has wifi, it should work.

Overall experience has been positive. There are some things with the app support, being there are 2 apps, and the older one is unavailable for Android. Making the app useless unless able to get the old app connected first.

I love how much cooking space there is inside my new grill, easy to operate, gives off great smoke, and definitely love that I have more options with this grill than just smoking meat.

Love this smoker. Works great. Wi-Fi app never figured out. But I have temp probes and what not. Not worried about it. So far 2 smoke cycles and perfect results.
