It's a great machine for progressive overload. Easy to put together (took around 4 hours, mostly 1 person). Everything is labelled by step and part. So, take pieces out one step at a time to stay organized. Some of the base pieces were easier to put together with a friend. Fast to switch extensions to change exercises. Transitioning between activities definitely won't slow you down. I was honestly a little worried about that after some of the comments. I appreciate the attention to detail. For example, the wheels have special washers to reduce noise. Someone mentioned 17.5 being the lowest weight. Sadly, I can't do a 17.5 lb bicep curl, but since I have small hands, I figured out how to use apparatus for a double bicep curl and can hopefully gain the strength to do a single bicep at the lowest weight within a few weeks.

We ordered, it was shipped, then lost, then re-shipped and it took a month to get. Then putting it together, the instructions were absolutely horrible! Thank God I am good with schematics. None of the items were numbers but the bolts ect. Took us forever to put together and had missing washers, and nuts, had to look through our tool boxes. It was absolutely absurd how this was. It's put together now, BUT I wouldn't recommend this, and for many reasons!

I am unable to rate the actual unit as it hasn't even been delivered to me after having placed the order back on Nov 6th. Apparently the freight company that Sam's Club decided to use is on backlog and still shipping for October. I contacted Sam's Club last week and at the time the gym unit hadn't even been picked up my Pilot. I would have expected that they would have selected a more reliable freight company if customer satisfaction really mattered to them. Just contacted Pilot this morning and due to the backlog, I wouldn't expect my delivery until mid December. Disappointed to say the least.

I bought this today from Sam's Club. The Club Associates were too busy to help me load it. Another customer helped me get the very heavy box on a flatbed cart. I did Scan and Go. The Associate at the door just waived me out the door. When I got home I realized that i only had box one of three. I called the customer help desk they said there were supposed to be three box's, come back. The door check out person was supposed to check on that. I went back 10 miles, got box two and three. An associate counted the box's in the sales display. I was not the only customer to only take home box one of three. Yes, partially my fault, but.

Instructions are very good, and the parts are marked nicely. I just put the Model Number MWM-4965SC together by myself, I'm a 63 yr. old female with bad knees. It took me about 3 days, working about 4 hours per day. Day 3 was spent tightening all the bolts. For the life of me, I could not find where part no. 39, Lock Pin goes. I didn't see it in the instructions, nor in the exploded diagram, or any pages in between. I do like the system. I don't think it's for short people like some have stated, but you may not be able to pull back as far the arms pull when standing up facing the unit. You just have to shorten your pull a little, not worth not getting the machine over. The system is sturdy, I should know, I put it together, LOL. I'm glad I bought it. I like that it has an abdominal crunch. I bought it for my knees to build up muscle there, so I don't have to have an operation on the Meniscus and its root, per my doctor's blessing.

It's almost a month, I placed the order on November 5th and am still waiting for it. Never happened this with Sam's, I got in contact with customer service once, and it was supposed to get delivered today, but..... It looks like again I'll have to contact customer service.

Good value for the money

Original order November 5th it took them over a month just to get it to Sparks Nevada an hour from my house far as I know that's where it's still at. The delivery service are the most incompetent people I have ever talked to order has been canceled, credit card company has been notified. Waited home on several occasions when it was supposed to be delivered it never was. Two weeks after everything was canceled I received a notice at 10:00 in the morning that it had been delivered at 3:00 that afternoon that doesn't make any sense like the rest of this. Sam's club is going to lose a lot of customers if they don't find a better trucking company than pilot.

Item itself is very nice, shipping was an absolute nightmare!
