I tried this turf builder on our back lawn on the areas which were looking thin and weedy It is so easy to use. I love that it kills weed and fertilizes the lawn. The instructions are easy to follow. The grass looks healthier, lush and has less weeds. This is a great product to get our lawn ready and looking healthy. Highly recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product. I used it as directed. A couple of days after application, the broadleaf weeds started to wither and turn yellow. The grass is growing faster also. I will use it again in the future!

The product does remove weeds from the yard. Just make sure you put it down when the grass is wet. Something needs to be done though about the clumping. The bag was purchased 3 days ago from a home improvement center and when I opened it, the contents were all clumped up. I had to constantly stop and break up the clumps and if a small clump gets in the discharge hole of the Scotts broadcast spreader that I use, I have to stop and clear it out.

I live in NW South Carolina - Scott's products work! I highly endorse this product. I attempt to fertilize my lawn at least twice a year using Scott's products-Scott's Weed and Feed is an absolute must! Other brands might work as well, but Scott's products produce over the top lawn national company-I have tried them-use Scott's. ...use your savings for these two major tips; plant winter rye and cut your grass high! Each year I use weed and feed (was plus2), halts, crabgrass,summer,winter and your best seeds. I was very disappointed this year because of excess clover, violets and other weeds. I bought and applied the Scotts Weed and Feed (15000 sq ft) about a month back . I applied it based on the instructions listed on the package. I have been very disappointed with the results. I have weeds all over my lawn. How can I remove and recover from the weeds without killing the grass ? I am attaching 4 pictures and can provide more. Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This definitely worked on the crab grass. Didnt notice much difference with the dandelions or the violets throughout the lawn. The lawn is nice and green. I am hoping as time goes on maybe the dandelions will die as it has only been about 10 days since I applied the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Scotts Turf Builder Weed and Feed for some years now, and would not consider using anything else at this point. It is very effective at eliminating all of the weeds that love to populate on both the front and back lawns, and it does a great job of feeding it at the same time to make sure the grass looks lush and green. I find that dandelions and clover are the most prevalent weeds that I have an ongoing battle with and, after using this product, I find that problem virtually goes away. I am also impressed with the WeedGrip technology which the manufacturer states actually grips on to the weeds and kills them. I apply the product using a spreader and it goes on evenly ensuring proper distribution. I continue to be happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied the product to a wet lawn and there was no rain for more than 24 hours following application. I saw the weeds start to curl up and once we got a good rain, the fertilizer started greening up my Zoysia grass and will strengthen it to fill in the spots where the weeds were. I've used this in the past and it wasn't as effective if it rains too soon following application, so the time after application without rain or watering is very important. Great product, would use again!
