[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was dubious about this product at first, primarily because I generally use a sprayer to put down herbicide, so utilizing granules was a new thing for me. But I placed it down liberally in a patch of my garden with weeds and can see a noticeable amount of weeds gone, and my flowers are still blooming

New homeowner- had green grass but full of weeds. Measured sf of lawn and applied with broadcast spreader - used correct amount of product, adhering to product label directions. Early may applied weed and feed and it did not kill 95% of weeds. My lawn also went from an all-over medium green to a lighter green with lots of tan areas. Its now early june and my lawn more or less is worse than ive ever seen it. I have been using my sprinklers to put down at least 1 in of water a week (30 min 2x per week), so i dont think underwatering is the issue. Yesterday I applied scotts turfbuilder summergaurd fertilizer (i am following direction/ recommendations i get from the scotts app). So lets see if this helps.. my lawn is also not growing very fast (mowed yesterday after not mowing for 6 days and there was very little clippings) so thats a clear sign its not healthy/ needs nutrients, right? Honestly I was expecting more from the weed and feed. I still have dandelions popping up, and tons of clover too.some of the plantain (i think thats what it is) died after a week. More is still very slowly dying- but there's tons of it all over that didnt die. Like I said, I expected better results.

I have used other Weed and Feed products without a problem, but applied this bag with a Scotts rotary spreader according to the directions. It did not eliminate any of the weeds, but instead killed streaks of good grass. I checked the spreader and it is working as it should. Not sure what the problem was with this bag, but now will have to reseed areas of the lawn.

Easily applied and super happy with the results. We get longer lasting results than our neighbor who gets his sprayed every month and for way less of a price too!

My grass has never looked better, we aerated over seeded and used Scotts Lawn Food in the Spring(great product) Then as the temperatures rose weds appeared. Used the Scotts Weed and Feed Turf Builder(follow directions; wet lawn before applying) Used a light application with lawn spreadr to be cautious. Result is BROWN dead grass and thriving weeds. DO NOT BUY This; it will destroy your lawn. Plan to stick with only the Scotts Lawn Food.

Used as directed 3 times this spring and we have NOT had any good results except for the weeds are growing great! Only the dandelions look like old leaves a little damaged but the plants are thriving. VERY MUCH A WASTE OF MONEY, LAWN AND TIME!!!! Don’t know who writing the good reviews, they must have not needed the weed killing.

I have Scott’s spreader and it make thing so easy. I wish I had the perfect yard I want it like carpet. And this looks like it’s perfect for the for that can’t wait until it’s looks like carpet. To show you the results that just how much I believe in this brand. It has always worked.
