This product is quite hit or miss. Last season I used as directed two times on my lawn. I was impressed with how quickly and actively the weeds withered. It should be said I applied in mid March in Oklahoma. This year I did the same thing. It’s been about 10 days now and I have not a single withered weed. Perhaps I got a bad bag or something, but I may just end up switching to a different product in a few weeks.

I have used the Scotts Weed and Feed product as well the spray on. The dandelions are gone. The grass is green. However ther is one weed that appears to love the treatments. Only a few seen a few years ago. Now they seem to grow ecponentionaly. I see the same weed on a review from Mrs. A four days ago. Enclosed is my photo of the weed. I just mowed and saw how bad the weed problem is. Purchased more Scotts Weed and feed and not sure I should apply. Any thoughts on the weed and a treatment?

I distributed this product on my Bahis lawn about a week and a half ago. I noticed weeds starting to die two days after application. The grass has some yellowing on the tips. I just recently have seen with watering and some rain. The grass is beginning to green up. It seems to have little effect on clover-type weeds. The fact the clover was not initially affected may call for a second application.

Long time Scott's Weed & Feed user. Can't recommend this particular product, as surprisingly, it didn't kill the weeds. Have always used their southern-specific lawns products prior, so this is first time to use in a diff climate setting (northern Kansas), but ensured it was correct for this region, read and followed all directions/requirements/indications, and used Scott's spreader dialed in to their drop rate specified for actively growing weeds management. Product simply didn't perform as a weed controller/killer, but greened everything, including the weeds. Noticed big difference in size/design of the product granules, which are much finer/lighter than prior product versions. This also reduces the coverage you can get from the bag as they don't travel as far from the spreader. Disappointed in lack of weed control. First time to use the Scott's product guarantee, after multiple decades using their lawn products.

Just used this for the 1st time on 5/24/16. Bag looked fine but very hard clumps inside, hard time breaking it up. Clogged my spreader several times. I do not hav a review on the quality/fuctionality of the product and I'm sure it's very good BUT as far as clumping is concerned I give it a 2. Thanks Stan

I applied W&F at the end of April, and it took about 3 weeks for the dandelions to disapper, which I was happy about. My lawn was beautiful, full, and green for a week or two before the weeds started coming in all over. I'm not sure what the are, but they look prickly, and have brought pink/purple flowers with them. Not very happy about it, but will be applying another round of W&F in a few weeks to see if it combats what the first round brought in. Not willing to give up on it yet, after seeing all the positive reviews before using.
