Got a chance to go back and try Scotts Turf Builder and started to see an improvement. Time to get on the program again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seed is coming in very nice! We have a thick green lawn already this spring with no thin or bare spots. Our Son is getting a lot of compliments from the neighbors on how nice he has the lawn looking and he’s happy about that. This seed is looking great with the over seeding of the whole yard as well as a few bare spots that were patched up.

This formula is no good. It killed my entire yard. I used the correct setting for spreading. I have used other Scott steps worked fine, but this Weed and Feed is very harmful to my lawn. Now I have the years with dead all yellow grass after I applied this product. Can’t recommend to any one.

We had a wet spring in the Chicago area. It led to a more dandelions than normal. I live next to a park field loaded with weeds and they attack my lawn. I had been using a different brand in the past and the results have not been very successful. After one application the dandelions are completely gone from my yard. My lawn is greener than it has been in years. I am extremely happy with Scott's. You have a happy customer here. Thanks!

I used the Scotts program for many years, and it produced a very professional and well manicured looking yard. They have a Turf Builder Weed & Feed for the weeds and other yards problems during Spring and Summer. And other products to help your lawn stop growing, yet the lawn does receives the nutrients that it needs during the Winter months and go to sleep during the Winter months. I absolutely love and I am forever sold on their lawn products

I used this product every year and I have a lot success with weeds and dandelions. I got neighbors on both sides of me who doesn’t treat their yards and sometimes it can be a challenge. I am very happy with my yard. Sometimes I may have to do a follow up and spray for maintenance one time during the Summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a pale and thinning lawn, I needed to act fast and find a remedy to save what little grass I 'thought' was left. With one application at the recommended setting, my lawn, within ten days, not only turned green, but began to show re-growth on patches that I believed were long gone! Having used a drop spreader, after three weeks, it became apparent that there was obviously 'streaks' of grass that I had missed. A second and lighter application was made, concentrating now on the missed areas, and VOILA, a magnificent lawn for (most) of the summer. I say most because having done such a good job at developing a wonderful lawn, I created a gourmet smorgasbord for the grubs. This year I will have to investigate the grub killers and learn how and when to treat for them!

I am surprised by my results. I usually see only positives from Scotts products. In this case the lawn turned nice and green so the feed portion works well but....I now have more dandelions than I ever have in the past. The weed portion is an epic fail! It is almost like the bag includes weed seeds! Very disappointed.

Missed one year and the lawn was loaded with clover and dandelions so I know it works well. I occasionally need to sprinkle some extra on the tough patches that pop up a few weeks later.
