I have purchased Scotts Weed and Feed for the past several years only because it's the most available fertilizer on the market. I have not been happy with this fertilizer. The claim on this bag that it clears out dandelions and clover is just not true. I am constantly out there with my garden tool pulling out dandelions and trying to pull new patches of clover.

My lawn was green and weed free which was great because the neighbors on either side had yellow lawns the weeds were so thick. We recently moved and I can't wait to get started on making our new lawn as good as my last one. It will take a couple of years but with regular feedings some patching and seeding I know it will be green and thick in no time. Feed It.

I have used the Scotts Weed and Feed product as well the spray on. The dandelions are gone. The grass is green. However ther is one weed that appears to love the treatments. Only a few seen a few years ago. Now they seem to grow ecponentionaly. I see the same weed on a review from Mrs. A four days ago. Enclosed is my photo of the weed. I just mowed and saw how bad the weed problem is. Purchased more Scotts Weed and feed and not sure I should apply. Any thoughts on the weed and a treatment?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best grass seed. I used it on hard to grow spots and it came up thick and hardy. Scotts grass seed is the best product. I have tried off name brands but they cannot compare to the quality of scott products.

I highly recommend this as well as the rest of the steps for your lawn. It is so simple and the results are spectacular.

I’ve been in the Scott’s program now for two years….not once has this product worked to keep the clover out of my yard…..I have spots and patches of clover all over my yard….I followed the instructions on the bag and even bought a new Scott’s spreader to put it down with…..not sure what Else I can do…tired of having to spot treat all of the areas where the clover wasn’t killed….

My lawn was in very good shape. Minus the dandelions and clover, the lawn was very healthy. I read the directions on this product very closely to make sure I applied it correctly. Within 36 hours of application the majority of the lawn was burned. Some spots are worse than others but some are definitely burned to the point that they won't recover.

I bought Scott’s Turf Builder Weed and Feed to get the best results. Was not disappointed with the results, not only is my lawn looking and growing at a great rate, but I don’t see any annoying weeds either.Thanks Scott’s you came thru once again!

We have an issue with clover in our yard, so I bought this Scott’s Weed & Feed product to apply. I waited for a good solid rain with multiple days after 60-80 degrees of pure sunshine after. I applied as directed, grass was damp, used the Scott’s elite spreader (great spreader btw) with a setting of 3.5 as directed, slightly overlapping passes, particles clung to the clover leaves (and dandelions) as you want/expect... then waited for the magic to happen. Well, what actually happened is about 1% of the clover and other random weeds were killed and the rest just flourished as if nothing was applied, actually some areas look worse/larger than prior to applying. Moral of this story, save your money. If you have ~2 acres to apply, it’s a waisted investment. Unfortunate because I have had great luck with the rest of Scott’s products (I am a 4 step user). I’ll be pursuing this *guarantee they boast about

I am surprised by my results. I usually see only positives from Scotts products. In this case the lawn turned nice and green so the feed portion works well but....I now have more dandelions than I ever have in the past. The weed portion is an epic fail! It is almost like the bag includes weed seeds! Very disappointed.
