I’ve used scotts products for a while but this was the 1st i used weed & feed. What a terrible product. It completely burnt numerous spots around my lawn. My favorite part is if you look at my photos where it destroyed the grass and left the clover! How is that possible? I applied to wet lawn and used the proper spreader setting. I will admit that most (not all) of the burnt areas is where i may have overlapped too much, but it still should not of done this. Pictures are about 1 week after. I only used it because this year i had more clover and crabgrass than normal. Wish i never did this

Weed and Feed manages my sanity, makes me happy and if I am happy, my wife is happy. If she is happy, she cooks. You are my salvation. I eat well!

I own several income properties and I thought I would save some money by buying a "cheaper store brand" product of weed and feed. Boy was I sorry! The weeds just "laughed" and kept right on growing. NOTHING but Scotts products for my properties from now on out. There is no comparison to the results!

One week after putting down using Scott's spreader and it appears to have done more damage than good. Grass has now browned and appears dying. Very disappointed, I have used other Scott's products in past which worked okay but definitely will not recommend this stuff again.

I used this 6 weeks after my spring feeding with Turf Builder on damp grass unfortunately we had an unexpected light rain which washed some of the product off of the clover that I wanted to treat but my grass is looking better than it ever has. The clover that retained the formula was definitely wilting and turning brown.

Product does not do a very good job in killing clover on lawn. Put it down in the morning after rain and the product stuck to the lawn. You could see the white particles sticking to leaves! 2 weeks later the clover is still growing with its white flowers. Each year I use this and it never seems to work on clover!

The competition doesn’t stand a chance in the weed prevention game, because Scott’s has the right formula to go after weeds. I would recommend waiting until it is consistently warm for a little while and right after cutting your lawn. This will make the product most effective. Also, make sure rain isn’t in the forecast for a few days to allow the product to adhere to the weeds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just redid the front half of my lawn two years ago. Last spring, within the first month or two, I had a big problem with dandelions and clover. This spring, I used the Scotts Weed & Feed and within two days, they stared dying off, and within a week, everything was 90% gone. I'll probably do one more treatment to fully get rid of everything. It definitely works.
