We're sorry to read about your disappointment with Scotts Turf Builder Weed & Feed5 and appreciate your feedback. The weeds may temporarily appear healthier and greener after an application of a weed control. This is because the active ingredients trigger uncontrolled plant growth that causes weeds listed on the label to die. Within a few days, the weeds should begin to curl and die. Full control can take 2-4 weeks. Temperatures must be consistently (several days in a row) between 60 and 90 degrees; outside that range, weeds go dormant to conserve energy and will not absorb the product. The product should be applied to a wet area so it sticks and then left undisturbed and not watered for 24 hours after application. We want you to be confident in our products. For this reason, we offer a product guarantee to our consumers. At your earliest convenience, please reach out to us at 888-270-3714 if we can further assist.
