I already have a DeLonghi Portable Air conditioner that I bought in Sam's club store several years ago and it is very hot on my third floor and I am expecting a guest in another week so I bought another Air Conditioner for the front room.

We bought this a year ago and it keeps everything nice and cold easy to clean and I never have to empty water out of it...❤️ Stores great in the winter time but love this in my sunroom in the summertime ❤️

Plugged unit in the first time and got a HL Code. Which means high level (internal tray full). Followed the self-diagnosis and make sure the internal safety tank is empty. It is empty as it should be for a NEW unit. Very disappointed.

Our air has been out, and we bought this, set up the venting outside the window, and within 1 hour the room was incredibly comfortable, figured out the humidity and temp controls, it cranks out some serious air! We love it! Good for the price!

Worked great all last year when it was new. Stored well and started using again this year but it's not cooling. Conveniently enough just after the warranty expired. Closest service center is 3 states away. Very disappointing.
