We have guest bedrooms, and decided to add comfort and class to our rooms by using this unit! Very easy to vent out a window. Unit is quiet, and works great! Our guests were very comfortable in the sweltering August heat in Ohio!

Central air unit stopped and I bought 2 of these to help in the heat of the summer to help stay cool along with a window unit. We managed for two days! Thank you God!

Needs a WIFI feature to remotely turn on and off. Otherwise you have to leave them AC unit around all the time. That's making it and an efficient system / unit. It does have a delay timer, but I find that inadequate.

Bought this model last month during a typical unbearable Indiana heat wave. It cooled my 2nd floor bedroom very quickly. Super easy installation. Great buy!

This unit works very well but it's quite large. The footprint is larger than I expected. It does have a quiet mode which is nice and it certainly cools as described.

Returned this unit because the touchpad would not work intermittently and I was forced to use the remote. Also, this was for my bedroom and the lights are way too bright when trying to create a dark room conducive to sleep.

This is our third DeLonghi stand-up air conditioner, and this one is the first that has a terrible rattle when the compressor kicks on. Works fine cooling the room, but VERY loud. Our others are not this loud.

Roller wheel was broken when it was unboxed. Contacted the manufacturer and it has been a pain trying to deal with customer service to get it replaced.

WE BOUGHT THIS AS A BACK UP UNIT IF OUR CENTRAL UNIT EVER FAILS. WE HAVE USED IT IN THE BEDROOM TO GIVE A LITTLE EXTRA COOL AT NIGHT AND IT IS WONDERFUL! OUR DOGS LOVE IT, TOO!

This was a replacement for the one I bought 8 years ago. It was service free for that period of time. It was low on refrigerant and I could not justify recharging it when you could buy a new one for what they cost.
