We are really enjoying how cool our room is now! Would've given a 5 but it runs a little louder than I expected. Also, one wheel arrived broken, still have not received the replacement. Easy to set up. Great value for the $.

Very efficient, easy to set up, powerful- does the job, easy to control, easy maintenance, and a quiet setting: can't get any better than that. Yes it can; the price at Sam's was great too.

cold directly from the machine, but does NOT cool 500 sq ft. so relatively expensive for the cost. adjustable circulating fan instead of just upward flow would help.

This unit works very well but it's quite large. The footprint is larger than I expected. It does have a quiet mode which is nice and it certainly cools as described.

I bought this product one month ago and am very well pleased with its performance. It runs quiet and cools very efficiently. I ma purchase another one for my bedroom.

Needs a WIFI feature to remotely turn on and off. Otherwise you have to leave them AC unit around all the time. That's making it and an efficient system / unit. It does have a delay timer, but I find that inadequate.

Central air unit stopped and I bought 2 of these to help in the heat of the summer to help stay cool along with a window unit. We managed for two days! Thank you God!

I purchased this to replace a window unit. I'm not very happy. It doesn't cool the room at all and the unit gives off an odor like gas. If we were not in a heat wave I'd return it. But it's going back no doubt

WE BOUGHT THIS AS A BACK UP UNIT IF OUR CENTRAL UNIT EVER FAILS. WE HAVE USED IT IN THE BEDROOM TO GIVE A LITTLE EXTRA COOL AT NIGHT AND IT IS WONDERFUL! OUR DOGS LOVE IT, TOO!

Roller wheel was broken when it was unboxed. Contacted the manufacturer and it has been a pain trying to deal with customer service to get it replaced.
