It does the job for my living room, which is where I need to use it. However, my energy bill was what I would normally pay using normal AC.

Saved us from the heat and being able to move it from room to room is great. Works lots better than our main air conditioner

We love the room air conditioner that we bought. It keep our oversized upsatairs bedroom ready cool and it is quiet when running.

I like the quiet mode because I have it in my bedroom. cools the room well and has a timer which I set at night

This machine never cooled off our lanai. The vent tubing got so hot, you couldn't handle it. It had to be returned.

Heavy, but it's an a/c unit...however has wheels and very mobile. Cools exceptionally well with decent thrust

Efficiently cools an appropriate 400 sq ft open layout. Not too noisy. Doesn't turn off at preset temperature but it's easy to control using remote.

Just wished the hose was a little longer. After all the bends and turns, it can't be placed very far from the window opening, maybe around 3 feet. Other than that, this AC works great.
