Owned the same air conditioner before and the new one is not as efficient that the old one. Does cool as well

Would have given 5 stars but it is a little loud. Great cooling no need to dump any water unless i move it around

We love the room air conditioner that we bought. It keep our oversized upsatairs bedroom ready cool and it is quiet when running.

Heavy, but it's an a/c unit...however has wheels and very mobile. Cools exceptionally well with decent thrust

This machine never cooled off our lanai. The vent tubing got so hot, you couldn't handle it. It had to be returned.

I like the quiet mode because I have it in my bedroom. cools the room well and has a timer which I set at night

glad i bought this after using fans and portable swamp cooler for the past 4 years. the only thing i would like is a longer exhaust hose so i can move it around to different spots.

We are using this in our small I.T. room to keep the temp down. We have 2 Servers and 15 Desktop computers in this room, so a lot of heat is generated.So far this unit has done well.

I am very pleased with this unit. It's quiet and cools my room quickly. My only concern is the valve that drains the water. It's so close to the floor that it makes it very difficult to drain.

I bought this unit as a backup when my apartment AC quit cooling. 1100 sq foot apartment and i only cool the living room areas, and man it gets Cold! I'm glad i bought it!
