Love the size of this pan! So much bigger than any electric fry pan I've had. Also I love the All Clad quality!!

Love it, couldn't be happier. From teriyaki chicken to spaghetti, chimichangas; the meals you can make in this skillet are endless.

Replaced our dead Cuisinart Electric Skillet that we had for over 10 years with this AllClad brand. Love the sturdy design and the round cooking area. It is a step up from what we had, but definitely worth the price.

I wasn't sure I would like this when I ordered it, but as it turns out, I LOVE IT!! I love the temperature guage and the more than ample size of the skillet. I've made doughnuts, egg rolls, chicken wings, and they all came out perfectly.

The first use was just average. The pan did not hold temperature very well or heat to the indicated temperature. The construction seems less sturdy than other All-Clad products. The sides are very thin and could be bent easily.

Buy this skillet that does it all. I use it for most daily cooking needs. This product is the best available with fast and superbly uniform heat. If you want more or less heat, then just turn the dial as you would on a stove or oven. The control's numbers do not really matter nor are they even accurate; they are a general guide only. One cooks by experience, with sight, smell, sound, emotion, and creativity as the guide. I own many All-Clad Copper Core cookware products as well, but this skillet is a welcome addition and blessing for them. I only wish that All-Clad would design a proper electric griddle with the same evenly distributed heat as the skillet across the griddle's platen surface.

I am updating a previous review on this skillet. I had given it a three star since it worked great for 18 months and then failed. We could not get in touch with All-Clad so I did not give a great review. However, since then All-Clad has been very responsive and allowed us to send it back for repair. The repair facility recommended a replacement so we received a brand new All-Clad 7 Qt. Electric Skillet yesterday. I had failed to wait long enough for All-Clad to respond to my warrantee questions, prior to my previous review. I did not take into account the COVID 19 delays. Shortly after that they responded to my original request. All-Clad is a good company to do business with. They stand behind their products. I do recommend this Skillet.

I have had this for only a month or so, but have used it often. Today, I made vegetable barley soup in it. It's great for frying, sautéing, roasting and making most anything you could do on the stove top. We have an outdoor patio and I am looking forward to using it outside and serving right from the pan. We entertain often and it is so attractive that I will use it right on the counter to prepare and serve. Great purchase! I have many All-Clad pots and pans and this product is of the same, excellent quality!

My husband and I typically buy All-Clad products because they have always worked very well for us. With that being said, I really wanted to love this skillet but it was consistent with quickly burning my food on the 350 degree setting (which is medium heat). When I would turn the temp dial down to 325 degrees, my food would barely simmer. I used my thermal gun to check the temperature at the 350 degree setting, and it measured 430+ degrees. I turned the temp setting down to 325 degrees and checked the temp, and it measured out at around 230ish degrees. So technically I can only use this product if I want to sear on high heat or simmer. I chose this product because the good reviews outweighed the bad, but now I see that a this product is truly hit-or-miss. I'm sorry to say that this product will be collecting dust in my house.

I love this electric skillet! Sturdy, well made and it looks great. Yes, it is a large skillet. It heats up quickly and the heat stays constant and even. It has replaced my stove-stop griddle for french toast, pancakes, sandwiches, quesadillas... With high sides, it's also perfect for sautes and stir frys as well as one-pot meals. A nice feature is the non-skid/slip grips on the bottom of the pan so it doesn't move while cooking. Non-stick interior makes clean-up easy. Only complaint is that it isn't made in the USA.
