Wonderful electric skillet! The 7-Qt. size is more than adequate to prepare food for many people or just a few. It cooks evenly and effortlessly. This skillet is well-built and sturdy in addition to being beautiful to look at. I love the shiny steel exterior and proudly display the skillet on an open shelf next to my other All-Clad pots, pans, and waffle maker.

This is a beautiful skillet and large enough to fry plenty of chicken for family and guests. I love it because there isn't a long handle taking up space like my old electric skillet. While this is the most expensive electric skillet on the market to me it is worth it. Yes, as in other reviews it is quite large but for me that is a plus. It makes it more versatile. One can use it to cook for a large crowd as well as smaller quantities. It is very attractive and has a low center of gravity so if one wants to take it to a pot luck it travels well.

This is a replacement for my old All Clad skillet. I replaced it with another brand that got high ratings. But after using it 2 times, I ordered another All Clad. There wasn't doubt that the All Clad was a better products. I have had an electric skillet for over 55 years. I can't live without it! This one is the best!

I have been looking for a well made electric skillet for many years. This skillet is not only well made, is nonstick and has a glass lid with steam vent. The capacity is 7 quarts, it heats up fast and responds quickly to temperature change. This electric skillet is a winner in my book.

I used it for the first time this week. It's big and it holds even heat for a long time. I fried eggplant for an appetizer and then sautéed squash and then spinach. I even browned my garlic bread with it. I really like this electric skillet, no I love it!!!

I've had a Farberware for over 40 years - it has been good but doesn't heat evenly anymore. I love my All-Clad slow cookers so thought I'd go with this brand for an upgrade. Absolutely delighted with this product! VERY even heating surface, deep sides, quick heating. Very pleased!

Very nice, heavy, and high quality skillet that is larger in size than most. Should provide many years, if not decades of use and enjoyment.

The electrical cord does not seat in housing completely and there is a plastic smell and some smoke comes from the connection area when heating to the searing level. Like the size and non-stick features.
