Trimmer should be attached with the shaver. There is no cover to store it. Need brush to clean the shaver head. Only washing is not good. Small hair residue get stuck in the blades. I need a brush which I am missing this time. when I bought last time the brush came with it.

poor location of power switch. no holder for shaver. have to remove 1 cutting apparatus to use another takes 3 times longer to use than my 5 year old shaver--Norelco must go over my face 4-5 times for a smooth shave-never had to do this with any of the other 6 Norelcos that I have owned

I have had many Norelco shavers over the years and always got close and comfortable shaves, however this shaver is a cut above - I even get closer shaves. The design is great with one exception as other reviewers have also mentioned, i.e., the on/off switch is not ideally located in that at first I accidentally shut the razor off while shaving. However it was easy to adjust how I held the shaver, so that problem rarely occurs. Overall it is a great product and I could not be more pleased with it.

My earlier version died after a number of years so I got this as a replacement. It works fine and has a couple of improvements. It can be cleaned under running water and the sideburn trimmer looks to be an improvement. I'm not sure it shaves as close as my prior version.

Bought this as a replacement for my 10-year-old Philips that was still running. Amazed at the battery life! It was still going strong after 2 weeks of shaving. Love the new shaving head design! Allows a much closer shave with less time & effort! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I've used 3 different models from 2 brands in the past. Only one of them worked really well and it was the oldest one. The batteries on the one that worked were on their way to dead so I decided I needed to try something new. When I saw the Norelco on sale at Costco I figured I'd give it a try. Between the Costco return policy and the Norelco try out policy I had nothing to loose. I'm so happy I tried it. It is the closest shave I've ever gotten from an electric. It is exceptionally good on a longer beard. Sometimes I'll skip a day or 2 on the weekends. With the other shavers this always meant using the trimmer before shaving on Monday morning. The Norelco can handle the 2 day growth with nothing more than maybe an extra pass. Cleaning the shaver couldn't be any more simple. No lose parts, no taking things apart. Just push the button to pop the top and rinse. Close it back up and done. There does seem to be a little technique involved to get a good shave. Don't run it across your face in a straight line. Small circles as your moving it seems to work great.

The blades seam very dull right out of the box. Have to go over each part of the face many times to. Even then it does not seam as close as my other 3 year old Norelco razor. Truthfully, I will probably be looking at other brands for my next razor. It's sad as i have been using Norelco for over 35 years.

I find the flexible head awkward and find no value in this wet/dry head design. It is awkward to hold and to clean. I've have used Philips Norelco shavers for thirty years plus. I bought this model because it was on sale at Costco. Wish I'd bought another Norelco model with the older standard shape. I'm regularly accidentally shutting off the shaver because of the position of the on-off switch on the narrow handle.

This shaver works perfectly for me and is very light in weight.. It provides a smooth, efficient and fast shave. With my previous shaver, I had my skin was becoming sensitive to the shave. With this shaver, my skin is no longer irritated and red. I would recommend this shaver to family and friends.

Phillips did something great in this new shaver appliance. It is much lighter to hold, easier to use around corners and neck areas, holds a charge longer and produces a much closer and smoother shave. Congragulations you hit the bulls eye this time with a great product at a reasonable price.
