In the 50 some years of shaving with Norelco razors this one has to be the worst. It's my fourth over all those years. I still have all of them. This new (gift) #5200 doesn't cut close, has to have an attachment to trim, no all-in-one popup, has a very inconvenient hard case not good for travel packing. I do like the fact you can clean with under faucet hot water but that's it. My Norelco Acuatec wet/dry shaves better has pop-up trim, but the model prior to that one, was the very best ever and only had to be replaced after breaking the wee tab-on nose to open. It still shaves THE VERY BEST OF ALL.. That's my story bad and good. WAS A BIRTHDAY GIFT

Not bad, but shaver did NOT come with replacement heads as stated. Maybe this seller gets these things at wholesale since the manufacturer knows they slipped on putting in the replacement heads. Beware of seller, as you might not get everything as stated on the box itself.

I have been using Norelco/Phillips electric shavers for many years. I had to buy a new shaver because they stopped making the heads that I liked for my old one. I like the closeness of the shave but the head design is not on par with my old 3D sensesotouch design of my old razor. Still a good shave from a reliable company and product.

I am very pleased with my purchase of this shaver. I recommend this product to anyone.

I haven't used an electric razor for 20 years. Now I remember why. It hasn't really changed that much, but I' m willing to give it a try. I like the wet/dry feature.

This is the best shaver that I have, cleans up with hot water. I have tried Braun, it does not shave well. I have a inline Norelco shaver, which I put to bed, and bought this one. Its the closest thing to a razor shave!

Updated from an older Norelco Razor - this is fast, covers my face very well and seems to catch the hard to reach places. Result has been a very smooth face without "straggler" hair remaining!

After a month + of use, I'm disappointed with the closeness ( or lack of) of the shave. I have used this product exclusively in the hopes that it would get better. Not the case. So, if you want a close shave, look elsewhere. This is not for you.

I enjoy using the shaver. It shaves well, is quiet, is easy to clean, and does not need to be recharged very often. I am reluctant to clean it with water, so I just blow on the blades to clean it.

I get a very close shave in just a few minutes. Razor is very comfortable on my skin and does not pull at all. I have been using electric razors for 40 years and this is the best one I have ever used.
