I have been using Norelco/Phillips electric shavers for many years. I had to buy a new shaver because they stopped making the heads that I liked for my old one. I like the closeness of the shave but the head design is not on par with my old 3D sensesotouch design of my old razor. Still a good shave from a reliable company and product.

I've been using this brand since I first started shaving in my early teens. I'm now retired. Obviously, I like Norelco. The latest model has improvements such as the construction of the entire shaving head in its ability to move with the contours of one's face. However, the individual shaving heads are further apart than older models I've owned & I find the skin of my upper lip gets caught in between them. That's not comfortable & never happened with all the other models I've had. I'll get used to it but I don't like it. The body has a comfortable design and the reminder to wash the cleaning heads is great. I do that even if I'm in a hurry.

Trimmer should be attached with the shaver. There is no cover to store it. Need brush to clean the shaver head. Only washing is not good. Small hair residue get stuck in the blades. I need a brush which I am missing this time. when I bought last time the brush came with it.

I am very pleased with my purchase of this shaver. I recommend this product to anyone.

I haven't used an electric razor for 20 years. Now I remember why. It hasn't really changed that much, but I' m willing to give it a try. I like the wet/dry feature.

This is the best shaver that I have, cleans up with hot water. I have tried Braun, it does not shave well. I have a inline Norelco shaver, which I put to bed, and bought this one. Its the closest thing to a razor shave!

Updated from an older Norelco Razor - this is fast, covers my face very well and seems to catch the hard to reach places. Result has been a very smooth face without "straggler" hair remaining!

After a month + of use, I'm disappointed with the closeness ( or lack of) of the shave. I have used this product exclusively in the hopes that it would get better. Not the case. So, if you want a close shave, look elsewhere. This is not for you.

I enjoy using the shaver. It shaves well, is quiet, is easy to clean, and does not need to be recharged very often. I am reluctant to clean it with water, so I just blow on the blades to clean it.

I get a very close shave in just a few minutes. Razor is very comfortable on my skin and does not pull at all. I have been using electric razors for 40 years and this is the best one I have ever used.
