I have an older Norelco which has a built in trimmer. I really liked that feature. The separate attachment on my new shaver is not convenient, otherwise the shave works fine.

No better than my old Norelco. Takes 6-8 passes to get a close shave, takes to much time. Design and ease of cleaning is good. Still use my old shaver to trim side burns as changing the head on the new one is time consuming. Not very happy with it.

It takes me 15 minutes to shave,while my beard is not heavy.It cuts about the same my sensoTouch. If I want a smooth finish,I use my old model HQ7360/B.

I'm surprised that this product made it to the shelf. The design is very poor because the on/off “button” is right where you need to put your hand to use the product, making it very possible to turn it off while you are using it.

this is my 2nd PNS in 7 years......great design....holds a long charge ...not nearly as noisy as the older models...came with extra replacement blades...I highly recommend this shaver

I find the flexible head awkward and find no value in this wet/dry head design. It is awkward to hold and to clean. I've have used Philips Norelco shavers for thirty years plus. I bought this model because it was on sale at Costco. Wish I'd bought another Norelco model with the older standard shape. I'm regularly accidentally shutting off the shaver because of the position of the on-off switch on the narrow handle.

I've had PN shavers for years. I liked the model with the flip up trimmer, but finally replaced as the years elapsed with another, a gift, without a trimmer. This model has another head that easily pops into place and trims eye brows as well as sideburns and mustaches. My non-trimmer version is at another site, still providing quality service.

I am 67 years young. I have never used an electric shaver in my life. After a life-time of "blade scraping my face"; looking at little dots of blood; covered by little scraps of Kleenex; and periodically growing a beard, I tried something new. I actually look forward to shaving daily! You have created a great device. It is light weight; holds it's charge for a whole week; and cleans easily with my small brush and a slow stream of water from the faucet. Thank you for a great product!

I have only used Norelco Shavers. With so many mixed revies on the newest models I was not sure what to do.- change brands or what model to purchase. Replacement heads were high priced and revies said very very poor. This shaver was on sale go tried it. It is somewhat better than my old one,4yrs, but not startling so. I do not like that one has to remove heads to use the trimmer and the shaver really feels and looks cheap!

I've had nothing but Norelcos my entire adult life and this one's really mediocre at best. It's also the first time I've ever had a poor opinion of a Norelco shaver. I guess I should have known better to find a model for such a low price that even had a set of extra blades. The design of these blades is poor and they simply DO NOT shave as closely and comfortably as my Sensomatic 3D or past Norelcos. The detachable trimmer is better, though a bit less convenient. I also don't like the fact there's no battery charge indicator scale, until it gets red-orange when it's low. If you can't afford anything better, fine, but if you can, avoid this shaver!
