Tried for a week to get it to work with my new windows 11. It says right on the box windows 10 but there’s downloadable drivers at Epson. Doesn’t work with 5G router yet either so I returned it today

It was a serious pain to set up this scanner. In fact, I have yet to get it to work after hours of working on it, and I'm no novice at this kind of thing.

This is super fast and pictures look great. I did about 896 pictures in about 2 hours. Wow Love it! Only wish I could share pictures from file to file.

Helps to quickly scan photos. After scanning a few hundred photos started getting a vertical line. Cleaning with micro fiber did not help. Going to order Epson cleaning kit.

We had a scanner and it took forever to scan and crop photos. We purchased the FastFoto and it is amazing. It scans so quickly, automatically crops and adjusts the photos so you get the best quality.

Was working fine for about two years. Now it will not update the software and the thing is just a paperweight now. Software should be available on a CD so I can fix my scanner.

Versatile, easy to use with amazing results. Scanned over 3000 photos in a few days and now enjoying the albums on my phone or anywhere with access to my Google Photos App.

I bought this a month ago and I'm so happy with my scanned photo's. This scanner is very fast and I really enjoy using it. Love the photo's that have been scanned and restored.

I have followed instructions to change the brightness settings. The preview of the changed settings shows a perfect scan. However, when I scan the original again, it comes out just a dark as it did originally!

I do not want my family pictures stored exclusively in the cloud or on Epson app. I want it on my hard drive too for safe keeping. The app does not allow quick transfer to computer.
