reached out to support a week or more ago - got some auto response about changing the usb cable - the software crashes - if you have an apple product - don't buy this scanner

This is super fast and pictures look great. I did about 896 pictures in about 2 hours. Wow Love it! Only wish I could share pictures from file to file.

Fast set up, simple to use, scanning is fast and digital images are great once transferred. We have completed 4 years of 20 years of family pictures. This scanner has made our task fast and easy.

I have been scanning photos for a week and so far I am not disappointed. The Epson FastFoto software could have been more robust in offering more editing features, but for genearal scanning it is okay.

I bought this a few months ago and it really is great. Photos are scanned QUICKLY, do not snag, quality on the scan is great - then you can transfer the docs to a flash drive or your computer - very very satisfied

This scanner digitized all my documents faster than I could shred them. I only wish it integrated with Zoho for the accounting tool. A direct google photos upload would be Rockstar

I have 25000 photos - this will do the trick - takes a little time to sort the pics into similar sized photos. Not in love with the software but workflow ends up in lightroom which in the end saves me.

It was a serious pain to set up this scanner. In fact, I have yet to get it to work after hours of working on it, and I'm no novice at this kind of thing.

Fantastic product. Most leave something to be desired and fall short of expectations. This photo scanner exceeds my expectations. Fast and good quality. A real time saver.

Setup is and registration are pain in the butt, but once you get past this the unit works great, motre like outstanding. Auto enhanced does excellent job on old photos
