I'm scanning a lot of family photos, old brittle ones too. It works great, fast & efficient and hasn't damaged any photos. The scanned image is excellent! Would buy it again!

This is the worst scanner I have ever used...It is the 2nd one as the first one ruined my pictures and this new one did the same as well. There are 2 white

I have had 2 other Epson scanners and was very happy with them. This is the 3rd and I love it. Besides being fast it corrects the color and image on my old personal photos brilliantly. I am very very pleased with this scanner.

Tried for a week to get it to work with my new windows 11. It says right on the box windows 10 but there’s downloadable drivers at Epson. Doesn’t work with 5G router yet either so I returned it today

I purchased this photo scanner a week ago and so very happy that I did. I literally have over 1,000 or more photos to scan. I enjoy taking photos and every single one is a special memory of my family, children and grandchildren.

I do not want my family pictures stored exclusively in the cloud or on Epson app. I want it on my hard drive too for safe keeping. The app does not allow quick transfer to computer.

I bought this about a month ago and have been slowly working through loads of pictures. I'm very pleased with how easy the scanner is to use. I recommend it highly

I have used this scanner for over a year and have never been disappointed. The thing just works! Scan quality is excellent. It almost never jams. Connectivity is always there. I wish all tech was like this.

I've probably scanned 300-500 photos now. It hasn't auto rotated once, otherwise I would give it a 5 star rating. All other features work as described.

I love how easy it is to preserve pictures, but I wish it was as easy to set up. To switch from wireless to wired requires uninstalling and reinstalling each time. I much preferred the model before this one.
