I would buy this again. I have 2 boxes of photos to scan. Did 1/4 of a box so far . SAVES a lot of time. The only thing I wish could be added to the software is to adjust the amount of enhancement.

I have thousands of old photos to scan and this has been the answer to scanning quickly and conveniently. It provides a copy of the original, an enhance copy, and even the writing on the back! It also allows me to create folders for sorting photos.

Happy I bought this Epson scanner. I have been converting family photos and it has worked very well. Instant photos from 70s-and 80s o no scan. If I cut the battery pack off of the photo I can sometimes get them to scan but risk ruining the photo.

This is super fast and pictures look great. I did about 896 pictures in about 2 hours. Wow Love it! Only wish I could share pictures from file to file.

I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY!! This a far better than anything scanner I have purchased. Fast scanner for doing my pictures and my paperless office!! thank you Epson for making such a GREAT product!!

Guess I just needed to get smarter than the scanner - once I figured it out - it works great!! Disregard my previous poor rating! A reflection on me, not the product!

I use my Epson fastfoto ff-680w not only to digitize my photos but also my craft book collection and boy did it loosen up physical space. I have not run into any problems so in using this machine. Its been a very good investment so far!!

Bought it a couple of years ago - over 15,000 photos scanned - just moved it to new system. Drive wheels are easy to replace and readily available from Epson.

The quality of the color when scanning pictures or documents is amazing. I do wish the software was combined instead of selecting different apps to do different things.

I bought this in September and it took a long time to set up and it stopped working after about 560 scans (software problems). Perhaps not very compatible with Apple?
