Guess I just needed to get smarter than the scanner - once I figured it out - it works great!! Disregard my previous poor rating! A reflection on me, not the product!

I have used this scanner for over a year and have never been disappointed. The thing just works! Scan quality is excellent. It almost never jams. Connectivity is always there. I wish all tech was like this.

Bought it a couple of years ago - over 15,000 photos scanned - just moved it to new system. Drive wheels are easy to replace and readily available from Epson.

We had a scanner and it took forever to scan and crop photos. We purchased the FastFoto and it is amazing. It scans so quickly, automatically crops and adjusts the photos so you get the best quality.

Love this scanner. Scanner over 1000 pictures in a few hours! A must if you have lots of photos to scan! The thing that takes the longest is organizing the pictures to go into folders. Very compact and sits right on my desk. Awesome product!!

We have been working for 6 hours trying to get the this scanner to connect to our wifi and still no luck. It may end up being cable tied to my laptop.

The quality of the color when scanning pictures or documents is amazing. I do wish the software was combined instead of selecting different apps to do different things.

I bought it yesterday. Everything went well except the wireless. I have a Cox modem that only provides 5G. Will have the technician here to solve this issue. Hope I will get 2.4 and 5G from the modem.

Although we've only used it for one afternoon, the results have exceeded our expectations from quality of output, the speed it processes and the ease of use.

So far, it has been a great purchase. Had some issues with the install, had some help, and it scans photos very fast. Every 3 to 5 seconds and with very good quality.
