Great Heater but could have saved $$

I love the heater. First one was damaged, I read this often in reviews. Kinda bummed after I just purchased 2 of these pellet heaters I found the exact same heater but different name at the other big club store for $50 less.

Broken Glass On Arrival

Same as many people - My unit arrived with a damaged/cracked glass panel. They do an OK job of shipping it with padding for the unit, but the glass needs way more protection with the way its installed in the unit. The number on the manual can be called but touch tone services aren't working on either of the iPhones in my house so its impossible to get anywhere. I used the email here to reach out to them and will update this review if they make this right.

Love it

I wasn't sure what to expect from the mixed reviews but if you get one that doesn't have damage it works great. tried it out for the first time last night and it kept us warm in the upper 30s. it's heavy duty and was really easy to put together. Definitely warmer near the bottom and middle where as my gas one is warmer up top

Broken!

Just like everyone else, the glass was broken on arrival. Crappy box to ship in. I submitted the request for a replacement and got the email telling me to take it to the nearest fedex. Heck no. I called customer service and said I am not fixing your mistake. They are now sending fedex to me. But seriously, how many returns is it going to take for them to fix the problem!!!! Annoyed.

Rusts quickly!

I have owned for a little over a month and have used it 3x. It assembles easily and looks great/quality. That being said, it has 3 areas of rust that have formed since owning it. It has always been covered before/after use and has never seen rain. Super disappointed. Sam's is unable to process a replacement, because they're no longer in stock.
