The quality of this product is amazing. It is very sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. The wheels on the back make it easy to move so it can be used in multiple places. It provides a large area of warmth and will be perfect for outdoor activities in the fall and winter.

We love sitting outside especially in the fall or spring. We have heard a lot about the pellet heaters. We love our new Bond Platinum Pellet Patio Heater. Easy assembly - heavy so sturdy - installation tip, do not fully tighten screws in each section until all screws are in. Nice snug fit. Note* It Can not go directly on a deck. Needs a cement or brick base.

First of all, it was shipped and arrived in a wooden box (not sure they all ship that way). Condition was perfect ! Assembly was easy. Operation was easy !. It looks great ! I also have a propane heater, that I will now be getting rid of. This one heats great and looks amazing. Looks more expensive than it is. Being able to watch the fire is an added bonus over the propane units out there.

This thing is great, easy setup, looks great. Only need a #2, #3 screwdriver and a 10mm wrench. Way more heat output than propane (3x's) at a fraction of the cost to run.Similar units run 3 to 4 times as much.

This is a great pellet stove that is very well made. It took around 30 minutes to put together. No problems in that process. It has a large hopper for the pellets, they feed evenly, and it burns efficiently. The entire body of the stove radiates heat. It provides heat more evenly than my propane radiant heater. The flames through the glass is a very nice effect.

Packaged very well. Assembly was straight forward and easy. Took my husband around 30 minutes to put together. It appears to heat well but it is over 100 degrees outside right now so we would have to really wait until fall to determine the real amount of heating it provides. It does look nice on the patio.

Received this in a big crate and it was in perfect condition. My son (28) took it upon himself to assemble and he said it was so easy to put together. Now he doesn't usually assemble things and when he has it's not always a great experience lol. He said it couldn't have been easier and the only issue was the screws were loose and had to be gathered but at least they were all there. I gave a 4 because it didn't come with pellets to try so had to wait until I could pick some up. Beautiful patio heater and a nice addition to our outdoor entertainment and we lol forward to using this fall.

Easy assembly, instructions were easy to follow. All points of attachment lined up perfectly. Only tool I needed to grab was a Phillips screwdriver. I did use lock-tight on all screws. The pellet stove did come with a cover as well. It took my husband 26 minutes to assemble. All pre- drilled holes for screws, the attachment point I referred to lined up perfectly. Have not actually used yet since it's 104 degrees in Texas but will update when I do. Looks very nice! Can't wait for cooler weather.

Pro's: the heater is heavy duty and well manufactured. It comes with wheels and is easily tilted and rolled to its desired location. The look is appealing and sleek, definitely very elegant. If you like poking a fire you do have to keep this one going. Con's: if you don't like poking a fire, you do have to keep this going. I can see gas being a bit more convenient. It comes with a poker but there is no hanger to store the poker when not not in use. We have an above average competency level for putting assembly and it took about an hour. It was pretty easy and straight forward. It only came in a few pieces.

Works well and heat is decent, nice unit for the price…however customer service is terrible! Avoid buying anything if you are not a member. Unit arrived broken (door glass). Called customer service, spent a total of 45 minutes on hold over 3 phone calls. I was first told there was nothing they could do because I wasn't a member…really? Wouldn't fedex cover damages from shipping? Yes they would but only to the shipper of the product. Another wasted call. I was then told I could receive a replacement unit, I agreed…then was transfer and told they could not do that because it was not in stock (8 available on site)…I was then told I could have a refund, however I would have to drop off the now assembled unit to my local sams. Not a small item assembled. I asked for a replacement door glass because I could install it myself. No. Finally gave up and ordered new glass from a local company, $120…I asked if sams would cover it and save everyone time and money. No. I will not recommend anyone to sams and have to interested in becoming a member at this point.
