My husband and I are very happy with this fan. We've had it for a few months now and it has been a work horse. We use it in our bedroom while we sleep every night. It's quiet and cools us down nicely. The remote has come in handy when we forget to turn it on and it gets warm in the room. We don't have to leave the bed to get it going. Very satisfied.

I was excited to score this fan at a decent price. However, I have to get rid of it. The noise it creates at level 3-4 is annoying. It sounds like a soft jet engine at that speed. If the noise doesn’t bother you it’s a 5 star. However, if your sensitive to noise buy something else.

Bought two of these one of them the motor was seized and it won’t turn the other one seems OK. The other problem is the design for the remote doesn’t doesn’t sit flat because they added a tab on the back and it literally just hangs off the back of the fan. I’ve bought many Lasko brand fans in the past I never had this level of cheap quality or bad production.

Bought this because I have an older one that I love. It quit oscillating after several months. My husband took it apart and fixed it but after another couple months it has broken again. All of the gears in the bottom of it that control the movement are plastic with a flimsy design. They sure don't make them like they used to.

• First....most all this fan is 48 inches height, which allows it to blow OVER the bed. Two..At a sale price of $49 dollars it's the lowest priced, best made fan I've ever purchased. Three..It comes with a REMOTE control with all kinds of functions. Are the numbers bright? Yes, but they can be lowered, yet just closing your eyes and you don't see them. Four...I don't know how they managed to sell this GREAT fan delivered to my house. Assembly is just attaching the base, which snaps together and is then placed on the unit. This big fan moves the air EXTREMELY well, with no vibration or noise. It’s actually very quiet, with small fans being louder. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I believe they're out of stock because they probably sold out.

Wonderful fan..! Quiet for bedroom use. Great styling for living room use.. Included ionizer icing on the cake. Easy set-up Small problem with all (3) fans recently purchased. Units work only through included remotes, as main unit's controls not usable due to faulty factory assembly. Even after said problem...Still very much love these fans with no regrets.

Good air movement, quiet, nice control. If you intend to use this in a bedroom, get a roll of 2" painters tape to cover the display (with several layers) because the LEDs are BRIGHT. Way too bright for bedroom night use. And no way to turn them off - hence the 4 stars. Come on Lasko, you can do better. Consider all potential uses.

I bought 2 of the fans because they work so well. The noise is very low, purring like a cat. The air that comes out can be compared to an air conditioner somewhat. It keeps my ac bill down a lot. I have hot flashes and night sweats and this fan definitely helps out considerably with those issues. The shipping was very fast. Some assembly is needed, but even a beginner such as myself, I am able to put together well. These fans are the best I have ever had, and the price can not be beat.

I have owned lasko fans for many years..but this is one is by far the best..I had purchased an expensive fan with expectations of a lot of air ..but ended up returning it..I purchased this one on Memorial Day wkend and couldn’t be happier..we live down here in south tip of Texas where temps w/be reaching 100’s first week of June..Definitely buying another one for our Hot Hot Summer months..you won’t regret buying this fan for a lot of blown air and as quiet as a motored fan can be...

When the fan is facing you from the front where the Lasko name and control panel is, the fan has to be off to the side half way for you to get air on you, I just replaced my old one and when it faced me the air was coming strait at me so this is aligned wrong and that’s a shame but it’s just awkward, they must have made them all like this and then realized they made them wrong so Sam’s Club probably got a huge discount on them.
