I will definitely buy this bread again

I made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for my grandmother with this bread. I usually tear off the crust on all of her sandwiches but for some reason I forgot to do so this one particular time. Must to my surprise she ate the entire sandwich...crust & all & She liked it. From that day on she will only eat Natures Own bread with the crust on !

What is happening?

I have faithfully been using this bread for years. The quality has gotten so bad. It is so thin inside, full of holes and small, hard pieces coming off it. Did the recipe change or are the ingredients sub par? I keep hoping it was just a bad batch, but the last 2 months (I buy it every week) have been terrible. I threw the last loaf away.

All depends and lately not good

I used to love this bread, only bread I ate, but then, it used to come not baked so long with a light white top. However now I have to scour the earth to come across such a batch because it is ALL dark and way too brown and the bread taste almost like it's stale! Trust me when I tell you the difference is night and day. If the bread looks dark and brown it is nothing compared to the ones that are light and those last forever and stay soft. I don't know why there can't be some consistency with the oven, you would think in today's world there is a way to cook the bread the same way, every single time. But NOPE! It's flip a coin

I would buy this product again

With the ongoing shortages going on here at the moment, I bought this bread thinking, well bread is bread. While it was not a selection I would have made under normal circumstances, I was pleasantly surprised. The bread held it's shape when spreading peanut butter, kids mentioned how it was much better than our usual for the lunches, because the mayonaise didn't soak through as badly as other breads. I have to admit, this bread is now one I will try to locate in a store first to buy again

Disappointed in new smaller sized loaves

Nature’s Own Butter Bread has been a favorite guilty pleasure for years now. And at 24 ounces, the loaves were always good sized, even being a bit more expensive. I must say I am very disappointed in the new, smaller, 20 ounce loaves. I’ll be looking for a different sandwich bread.

Is anybody at the corporate level reading this????

I personally do not know what the problem is? Just look at EVERY single picture you publish of your very own product, do see how it's very light and golden looking? For many years now I can seldom if ever find that. I walk into a Walmart and I've got to go through 25 loaves just to walk out frustrated. Sometimes I have to go through several grocery stores just to find the bread I used to love. A light golden crust that's very soft. Now they are ALL coming out dark brown. The texture is tough and it's a totally different tasting bread! This is not something new it's been like this for years. How can somebody at corporate not take heed? How can they publish picture after picture of the perfect looking bread only for us to find out in reality it doesn't look anything like that at all! Does nobody care that these companies are not making the bread like they are supposed to??? This is downright false advertising!!! Customer service if you're reading this, save your coupons for free bread, I'm not interested in a few loaves of free product, I'm interested in somebody somewhere changing the way they are baking the bread so that it actually comes out looking like the picture, golden brown and very soft texture. Why nobody is taking this serious is beyond my imagination but I hope that you lose lots of customers because nobody is changing these things and nobody seems to care! Six months ago I wrote a review and got a coupon for free bread and then I responded with a picture of two loaves that I just had delivered from Walmart, both of them were dark brown and burnt looking. I didn't get a response... How hard is it to cook something the same way every time?

My favorite bread has changed for the worse!

This use to be the only bread I bought, but the last several loaves I have noticed that the quality and size has gone down AND the price has increased. I always check the date when buying my bread and the freshness of this particular bread has always been great for up to and beyond 10 days. Now, the loaves have bought over the last 6 weeks have dried out quickly and are a fraction of the once luscious size sandwich bread. I will not be buying this again, I'll go back to one of the more dependable brands for quality and size. I could have understood the raising of price during this inflation, but raising the price and cutting size and quality - shame on you!!!!

Not the same. It’s changed

I’ve been buying this bread for years and I. The last few months. It’s like the bread has been frozen and thawed. It has lost it most delicious squish melt in your mouth bread. Very very disappointing. Just was hoping the first few times they were old loaves. Not the case. Please go back to the old way.

Bread overbaked

This used to be the only bread I would buy the crust was light and the bread was soft. Now the crust is dark brown, and hard, and the bread is not soft, I wish you would cut back on the bake time again, and I see others saying the same thing. Occasionally I can find a loaf that looks okay but I’m so disappointed!

Shrink Flation

I have been buying your brand for years. But in the last year or so I’ve noticed the breads not staying as fresh I believe it’s because you guys aren’t putting the twist ties on tight enough. Also I noticed the slices are getting smaller and less I just got an odd batch
