I should have read the reviews. Having many Keter Products I did not think this would not be water proof. It will fill with water even with a light rain. It would be good on a covered patio if you are planning on storing anything in it. I found out my second spring season when I went to get my cushions out and they were molded and soaking wet. It is a good product if you DO NOT expect to keep all moisture out. I did not see this printed on the box as water resistant and it may be there in small print. I did however see it when I looked today in the Sams advertisement for the product. Wanted to make sure that no one else purchased like me to store something in. Does make a nice seat.

First problem: the bench is advertised as "white" and looks white in the photos. It is not. It is beige/tan/stone/light taupe - whatever you want to call it. Just not "white." The color was important since it needed to coordinate with other furniture. I was willing to look past that if I hadn't had part issues. I got about half done (I actually found it pretty easy to assemble - the parts snap together, kind of like Lego) and realized that instead of having 2A and 2B parts, I had 1A and 3Bs. I called the manufacturer, who agreed to send a replacement, but they mistakenly told me I could finish the bench and add the missing part later. Turns out - I couldn't. As I waited ... and waited ... for the part, this half-finished, definitely-not-white bench continued to decorate my living room. After 2.5 weeks with no communication at all from the manufacturer and no part, I gave up and called Sam's for help. Great move and great service from them. I understand things are different right now, but I had similar problems (missing parts/damaged) with two other pieces of furniture ordered from different retailers and had a totally different experience - pretty much immediate replacement and great communication and status updates. As we speak, this partially finished bench is on its way back to who-knows-where. I hope it has a nice trip.

Present For Stray Cats!
This was easy to put together and exactly what I needed. I wanted somewhere for the stray cats to go in the winter to stay warm. I added 2 cat doors to each end and put layers of foil insulation on the top and sides. I plan on filling it with blankets and hay soon. I live in the midwest so hopefully the strays appreciate it during our harsh winters.

It's exactly as it says, a storage bench.
I have what I paid for and what I thought it would be. It's a hard plastic bench, doesn't seem heavy enough separate, but when it's all put together, it's solid enough to do exactly as described. Take your time putting it together, because you will want to jump ahead and snap snap, screw screw but don't, or you will have to try and take apart which will damage it. Great for outside seating, but gets extremely hot, extremely fast when the sun is shining on it. I have kids who almost burned their legs on it. I would purchase again. If you're left with extra screws, you messed up. Lay them all out and count according to instructions before you begin.

does not piece together correctlY
Was fairly easy to assemble, but the pieces do not fit together accurately. Waste of $100. Because of the way it’s manufactured, it does not shut right. Pieces wouldn’t all fit in spots. Not returning after assembling but do not see it lasting a long time.

great bench so far
It took my about 2 hours of working on and off to put this together. I’m a short female and I was able to assemble it alone without help. The digital instructions were helpful. It’s comfortable enough and looks great on my front porch. I’m going to get a couple pillows for it ☺️
Poor quality
I had to purchase this online as it was out of stock in store. This bench is poorly made and does not fit together very well. Parts of the seat are warped out of shape and because of this the seat/top does to close without rubbing the side and scratching it. Other pieces are not molded right and are also warped. I would not buy this again nor recommend it.
didn’t last
This wasn’t easy to put together first of all. It has only been assembled 2 months. After a month and a half, the bottom fell out and I was unable to put it back on. Then the front had nerve to buckle when we sat on it. Talk about a waste of money. Calling for a refund. This isn’t worth it.
Nice bench
I ordered this bench in white it actually isn't white its more of a off white to cream color but I'm okay with that it looks good with my other patio furniture. Only complaint is for the price I feel like it could be a bit better quality but will serve its purpose. Overall not to bad.
MISSING SCREWS!
This was a gift from my in-laws who ordered it and had it shipped to us since we are out-of-state. Husband and I were so excited and eagered to get it put together, only to find out ALL the screws were missing from the package. It was a complete dissapointment! The quality was cheap too! We usually do not have any complaints with Sam's Clubs' merchandise, but this particular item was a total waste.
