I won this on Sam'a Auctions after thinking about buying it all summer. It arrived quickly and I was sent tracking emails every step of the way. Unfortunately one set of materials was duplicated and another set left out. However, the missing pieces were not necessary for safety so I went ahead and put it together. Light enough for a 60+ year old woman to move yet feels very sturdy. Lots of room inside for all my outdoor accessories and grandson's toys.  Expecting it to last through many Colorado winters.

Easy to put together

It was a great purchase for our needs, to have extra seating, storage space. It was easy to follow the directions, two person job. A rubber mallet made the job easier.

This was very easy to put together ad looks very nice, great storage and seating for outdoors.  It is not bright white, more of a cream white but looks good! This bench is a good value. Perfect for storing gardening things in an accessible place that is inaccessible to my big dogs!

Great value- seating AND storage!

I think this is a good product ,My only complaint are the instructions . It only shows pictures and some of them were difficult to understand. They really should have written instructions

nice for the price, very roomy

Took about 30 min. to assemble. Very sturdy and will protect stored items.  The cap for the armrest has a right and left  but had 2 left sides. Called the company and that item was on back order and could take up to 4 weeks to replace..

Pieces missing

Ordered 2.  They aren’t packaged well for shipping and both came with boxes that were mangled.  Got the first one together fine.  Opened the second one and a piece of plastic was chipped off the back piece.  I really need the storage and seating so decided to put it together anyway.  About 5 minutes in I realized they’d sent 2 lefts and no right of one of the pieces, but luckily there’s a page in the packaging that says ‘Call us first!’.  No web address, just a phone number.  So I call and talk to an actual human whose only job is apparently to send people to the website to fill out a request.  Did so, and very quickly received an email saying they don’t carry replacements for that piece and I’ll have to return the entire box and contents to the store where it was purchased. I responded, and was told again my only recourse was to return it to Sam’s.  The folks at Customer Service at Sam’s were very helpful, I just wish Keter had been as well.

Customer Service at Keter is an Illusion

Bought this piece a few weeks ago. The instructions are horrible, they miss a step or two. Once I figured out how to put it together, it’s a nice sturdy bench with storage.

Nice, but ....

I like the chair and it will work for what we bought it for but disappointed that a part was cracked and I called Keter, per request  and I've been waiting  4 days for a call back. Not good customer service.

Broken part.

Can't even assemble it because missing parts.  Manufacturer says I can return to sams or wait 2-3 months for the missing parts.  If you buy it, check for parts before starting assembly and dont destroy the box etc.
I have several of these units, just recent problems, not a Sams issue!

Missing parts

I paid someone to put this together because the instructions were poor and there were missing pieces.  It holds water when it rains which does not work for the purpose of storing outdoor pillows.  Terrible purchase.
