Great Product

We purchased this vacuum # 3 in an attempt to find a good hardwood floor machine with pet hair (Golden Retriever). Pro's: 1. Has an outstanding l o n g cord 2. The dual rough/smooth bearer bar works great on the long and short dog hair from our 2 muts 3. Easy to dump the basket and clean the filters 4. The handle / hose releases with the push of a button and allows you to spot clean (baseboards) easily 5. When you stand it upright - it automatically turns off the beater bar Cons: 1. This is a cord grabber - especially it's own ! It cleans great and that same tenacity includes all cords lol 2. You have to USE it - it doesn't clean all by itself.. Ha Ha Ha. overall it's the best machine I've tried for pet hair / hard floors and short pile small rugs (has a rug setting) I highly recommend it. Hopefully Shark will support this product long into the future !

I have 3 dogs and a cat and I needed a vacuum that could keep up with the hair. I felt my old one wasn't doing a good enough job so after a lot of research I decided to buy this one.It is so amazing and easy to use. It really picks up the hair...I cant believe how much hair it picks up every time I vacuum...I never knew my pets shedded that much...I highly recommend!!

Worked pretty good for 7 months but roller brush stopped working at 7 months. Warranty claim was a bit of a pain but worst of all Shark Ninja charges you to ship a replacement product that is covered under warranty! Own 2 other older shark products that we are very happy with but will never but shark or Ninja again and recommend you don't either!
