So far everything is as advertised. It remains to be seen if it will hold up to everyday use. I have a busy house and it will get a lot of use. If i remember i will give an update in 6 months.

The vacuum does a great job of picking up dirt. It is easy to maneuver and the lift away helps me for taking the machine to the second floor by dividing the weight. I recommend this to anyone.

I love the power, swivel head and the versatility of this vacuum it does it all. I have a cat, dog and long hair this vacuum picks up our hair without getting wrapped around the rollers. Very satisfied with my purchase.

This is the only vacuum a person needs. The price was incredible and the new roller that does not collect hair is great. I just wish the power button was in the same place my last Shark was in.

Great unit, extremely powerful. No hair gets wrapped on the roller and it blows my mind! Unit is heavier than my old Rotator lift away but I'll deal with because it's more powerful!

You never know how dirty your carpet is until you get a new Shark. This little gem was easy to put together. Generous cord length. Light and easy to manuever. This is a win win product.

Excellent suction. Fantastic maneuvering. This is the third Shark vaccum i have bought and they keep improving. A great value and i paid full price. I am very happy with this product.

We have owned several Shark vacuums and were excited for this one to arrive. Sadly after 5 uses the motor burned out! Since we ordered it online, on sale, we were unable to exchange it in store. They wanted us to take the refund and repurchase it at a higher price? Strange. So needless to say we returned it and went with another brand at another store.

Vacuum cleaner is 5 stars but customer service is 0 stars. I ordered vacuum cleaner as a pick-up. Big mistake!!! I did receive email that it would be ready for pick-up between 3 and 4. At 4 o'clock I still had not heard anything so I drove to Concord to pick it up. At the store I was told I needed a conformation number which I did not have because I had not received a second email. (btw I received the second email after 6 pm) I needed the vacuum cleaner that day, so I bought it at the store. Now I am being charged for the vacuum cleaner I did not pick up. That does not make any sense and Sam's club is giving me the round around. I am very disappointed very bad customer service.

This is a great vacuum so far. It has great suction for picking up dog hair but keep an eye on the rollers. They still get hair wrapped around them! I've cleaned mine twice so far after only a week of owning the vacuum. I'm hoping my old Hoover just wasn't picking the hair up and with use of the new shark, the hair will start to dissipate in time. I have 2 English Springer Spaniels with long coat so the shark is needed! Pic attached to show rollers. It does not self clean. But I would say the suction power is the best I've had.
