Dont let the size fool you, they sound great. They were a great price at time of purchase. Pretty easy to set up, this is Not a true wireless system. The surround speakers have cables that come off the sub. Could use a bit more bass(made adj. thru app)

Decent sound for a reasonable price, but with the soundbar connected (HDMI ARC) to my Vizio TV, I get audio dropouts with every button press on my TiVo remote, and dropouts for most of the button presses on the Apple TV remote. I can live with it, but every time you press a button, the audio drops for almost a full second. Still hoping I can get this resolved.

I could never get the remote app to connect to the device - it could find it, but then it just circled until it timed out and told me to start over. I tried probably 15 times. It should come with its own remote, but since the app could not connect, we could not balance the speakers. Returning it this weekend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not impressed. With it having 2 side speakers which unfortunately are wired, the sound is not to surround. You cannot control the remote preset sound effects with the TV, you have to do it on the Vizio app. No instructions included you have to download them.

I don't like it at all. I always buy Vizio products tvs, surround sound systems . my husband bought this for me for my birthday to replace our older model Vizio surround sound system. First it doesn't come with a remote you have to download an app and it doesn't work half the time and now today after only 2 months subwoofer and back speakers stopped working won't connect to center speaker ..(tried everything ,unplugged all of it and still nothing).... I'm so tired of wasting time messing with this junk I unhooked and hooked old one back up to tv and what a difference surround working great again and have a remote !!!!!

eArc only, no optical. Bluetooth codec is SBC so it's very basic and sounds terrible (like muffled doo-doo). Returned this for a Samsung model (with optical). Side note: pretty much done buying electronics from Sams, always seem subpar on delivery and they hide model numbers to make it hard to compare beforehand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a decades long Visio customer who recently purchased a Visio 5.1 sound system similar to on it's replacing. Unfortunately the cabling is not compatible with my 10 year old Visio TV. I'm having to jump through hopes just to get it working. The Visio app works great though.

I purchased 2 of these in the past. Please if you choose to purchase one of these please know that they last about a year. Y first one lasted nine months and the second one lasted just over a year and not at all under heavy use as we had them in a room that gets used very seldom. The second one was literally 3 times and when I went to turn it on there was no power Please if you do decide to purchase one by the warranty through Sam's Club because Vizio will not stand behind their product. They will find every excuse to not refund or replace. After my last experience with Vizio customer service they lost a longtime Vizio customer (10 TV's and 2 sound bars) I will not buy another peice of thier equipment in the future. If you are looking for a good quality soundbar I would look at another option as they just don't seem to be made of quality or dependability.

Simply would not work with my Samsung TV. Bit of a pain that it doesn't come with it's own remote. Now i've got it hooked to a TV that is never watched because SAMS Club would accept a return. Spent a lot of time on the phone with VIZIO support, who were very helpful but to no avail.
