This sound bar doesn't come with a remote, you must download an app. If I would have realized I would not have bought.

This is a nice unit. I bought this for a new bedroom tv and I recommend this for a bedroom-sized mated with a Vizio tv. Sounds great!

This soundbar has been excellent for our house. We have an older 65-inch Sony TV, and this soundbar works great via the HDMI ARC connection. We are EXTREMELY satisfied with this soundbar for the price.

Sounds great now. There were no directions at all had to go online there I found out there's an app for your phone that controls everything. Why can't they just tell us!

Do not buy this for one reason. There is no remote and the Vizio app might be the worst I have ever used. It makes you login through Walmart (thanks Sam's club) and I have tried for 3 days to get it to work through the app. I am very tech savvy and this is horrible. It is going back tomorrow.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! IT IS TERRIBLY OVERPRICED JUNK! Subwoofer consistently disconnects from sound bar, causing the surround sound speakers and subwoofer to not work. To reconnect you must reset the entire system, which only can be done on a smartphone. Also, it comes with no remote...you have to have a smart phone and you have to make an account with Vizio a.k.a. Walmart. Then and only then can you access more than just volume up and down, mute and unmute. It is honestly not very loud. You can't completely set up the sound system until you make an account with Vizio. Then, you must download the Vizio remote app, which will connect with your Walmart.com account. Don't have one? You must make one to use the app and actually completely control the aound system. All in all, it is NOT worth your time and money period.

Great quality for the money!

Decent sound for a reasonable price, but with the soundbar connected (HDMI ARC) to my Vizio TV, I get audio dropouts with every button press on my TiVo remote, and dropouts for most of the button presses on the Apple TV remote. I can live with it, but every time you press a button, the audio drops for almost a full second. Still hoping I can get this resolved.

I could never get the remote app to connect to the device - it could find it, but then it just circled until it timed out and told me to start over. I tried probably 15 times. It should come with its own remote, but since the app could not connect, we could not balance the speakers. Returning it this weekend.
