Vizio removed the physical remote from this soundbar, and they don’t make that clear. Using a mobile app would be convenient, but the app now requires creating an account with no guest option. A product like this should be fully functional out of the box without forcing customers into an app and account. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who cares about privacy or having full control without extra requirements.

Not half as good as the older model. The phone program to adjust the system failed badly. I called customer service who had me order a remote for the old system which does not work with this one. Very bad Vizio has really gone down hill. I have quit buying their products.

I did not have the remote control needed to operate the sound bar i purchased correctly. That's very Disappointing!!

It is difficult to balance the sound. Adjustments are limited and the sound is not pure and slightly muffled

I can't really say if I logged in or not because I ended up returning it. I should have read the small print. When I looked at the picture I thought that the speakers would be wireless and they weren't so it wasn't suited for my needs..

Easy to attach to the tv, very good sound for a good price. Works with the TV or alone for Bluetooth music. And it’s not a terrible eyesore which is a concern for one of us! We’re very pleased with our purchase.

I am delighted with the sound quality and the connection options that the system has. I can connect the TV with a cable or Bluetooth to my phone. With the app I can change the sound settings as needed.

Easy install and set up. Took longer to get the sound from both TV and PC than it did to get the system put in place and hooked up! Cables for surround speakers plenty long for an office. Great Bass response

I want to return it but I might have waited too long, it needs two separate plugs to work and it doesn’t stay connected via Bluetooth every time I switch modes it turns off. Not really worth it.

Very easy to install and use. I love how the sound bar easily clips into the tv for a sleek look. The sound is so good while watching football is like you’re at the stadium!
