Unwrapped for several hours while my husband put pieces together. Got to last piece-- table top only to discover it was broken in several places. Have filed incident report with Sams to try to get replacement top but haven't received confirmation after several attempts. Love the set but don't want a set with broken top.

After looking at many patio sets, we had our eye on this one due to all chairs being a swivel and rocker type. It finally went on sale so we pulled the trigger. Pros: - easy to put together, just time consuming. - sturdy chairs and table - Sunbrella brand seat covers Cons: I guess since the table has holes in it, it could be hard to clean up a spill.

I have had numerous sets of patio furniture over the years and this one fit my needs and learnings. First, no glass, wanted an easy table top to clean, check. One cushion, as it is often actually cheaper to buy a completely new set versus just replacing the cushions. This set, has one cushion on each chair and is standard sized and therefore far cheaper to replace if/when necessary, check. Can quickly remove the cushions to store them out of the weather, check. Circular table, easier to squeeze in a guest or two, check. Levelers on the table legs, check. Round chair bases (versus 4 legs) so they are stable on any patio/surface, check. It took a good 2.5 hours to assemble everything, but frankly took about an hour just to unpack. That is a positive. EVERYTHING was there and no damage. Someone thought that process through. The instructions were very clear, parts were clearly labeled. Out of the 60+ bolts/screws that had to be installed, only one was difficult, but with a little patience, it went right in. If you are looking for a solid set that is really attractive and appears far more expensive than it is, this is it.

I have a Harbor Hill 5 piece fireside set that was purchased in May 2019. It has faded so badly and the metal has split open in several places. After contacting the manufacturer, I was told they couldn't replace it because the damage was due to weather. Imagine my surprise that I couldn't use an OUTDOOR patio set outdoors. This was a very expensive set that has not lasted 2 summers in a normal climate - no extreme cold or heat. It looks like I rescued this from a dumpster, which is exactly where it's going! This site is not allowing my pictures to download, but I will be happy to share them upon request.

I like the set itself or think I will once I have the time to assemble it. The delivery was not worth the cost because they only dropped it off at the side of my house since I have no garage. I did not expect to have to assemble it so it must have said that in microscopic print if they said it at all. I expected it to arrive like it looked in the store. I will think twice before ordering from Sam's again!

Set was delivered on 7/20 and to date we still do not have the hardware to put this set together. Multiple calls to get resolved only to be told it would take several weeks because they are busy. Boxes were delivered rain soaked and falling apart so we could not put the parts back in the box. Since 7/20 all these parts to the set are laying all over the place.
