The set was packaged beautifully and wasn't damaged or scratched in any way.  However, this made it a bit more time consuming to set up.  Each piece was to be unwrapped and everything required assembly.  Quality product.  Chairs swivel and rotate very smoothly.  Wish chair pads for the back of the chairs were included.

Great Set!

We bought this a few weeks ago and since it's still cooler weather, we've only been able to use it a couple of times.  However, it looks great on the patio.  The chairs are comfortable and there is plenty of room for the 6 chairs around the table.  Assembly wasn't hard but did take a couple of hours just due to the number of bolts.

Looks great and comfortable

We love this set! The assembly was easy and the quality is even better than expected. The chairs are so easy to get in and out of and the 60” table will be perfect for outdoor social distancing. One chair frame  was badly damaged on a top corner. I took a picture of it and the receipt, then immediately called the number included and a replacement frame was sent very quickly. We would recommend this dining set for sure.

Just what we wanted

Very happy with this set! Purchased it online and delivery was fairly quick. Boxes had some normal shipping wear and tear but pieces were wrapped extremely well and we had no damage. Pieces went together fairly easily with a socket wrench. There were not any leftover screws after putting all pieces together. Chairs and table are good quality, sturdy and look great! Chair cushions are a bit stiff, but I imagine they will soften as they get used. Would definitely recommend this set!!

Great Purchase!

We bought this for our back patio and I could not be happier. It was delivered a day early and was really easy to put together. We can now enjoy the space with family and friends.

Awesome fit!

I love this set. Truly beautiful, but it was challenging to assemble. Goes much faster with 2 people and higher-quality tools. The silly little allen wrench they provide would do the job, I suppose, but it would take forever. Two sets of hands and a socket wrench got the job done much more quickly.

Challenge to assemble, but worth it

This was one of the easiest delivery coordinations I have ever had to schedule.  Notices in advance and calls the day of delivery.  Assembly was not difficult once you put a couple of chairs together and knew the drill.  Would give this item a 5 star rating but have not used it long enough to know about the durability.  Do wish there was options on the cushion design and color.  The Sunbrella is great but the color is blah.

just as expected

The fabric on the chairs of our old set, also purchased at Sam's many years ago, had eventually ripped on a few and left us with an insufficient number of chairs so a refresh was needed.  This set was similar except it included cushions as opposed to fabric for the seating and did not have a glass top, which I think may be beneficial but time will tell.  The set was very efficiently packed and easy to assemble and quite attractive.

Attractive patio set as upgrade

Despite being assured I would be sent the missing arms from the chairs, I have yet to receive them. Claim # was not followed up on. Its been 9 days since submitted claim.

Still missing pieces

Bought it put all the chairs together when we opened the table had a huge scrape and crack in it—- Sams club unwilling to replace or refund- so here we are with a unusable table— for a lot of money.....terrible treatment/product
