This appears to be a nice patio dining set. The only problem is the color of the sunbrella cushions is not provided in the description or specs. Consequently, I guessed wrong and ordered the wrong color fabric for the umbrella. Now we have Cast Shale seat cushions and a Heather Beige umbrella. The three cardboard shipping boxes arrived with a lot of damage, and the driver fore-warned us about that. Fortunately the patio set pieces don't appear to have been scratched or damaged in view of the good job of wrapping of individual pieces. Two little open-end wrenches are provided for assembly and they aren't very efficient.

Got this set last summer and when my husband got most of it together, everything was great until he got to the piece that table legs screw into. the round piece was broken and by then he wasn't going to take all the rest apart, so its one there but looks terrible and everyone notices it.

I bought this online after unpacking it I noticed there was no bases to the chairs. was told i would have to ship it back I can't it take to nearest Sams Club which by the way is 200 miles away.there is a number to call for missing parts but they will not send me the bases because the order was sent incomplete. so now I have a dining set i can't use. I canot ship it back becauses the boxes are ruined. Other than that it looks like it would have been a very nice set.

It came with two arm rails out of alignment and a cracked frame on a seat back. Took two months to get replacement parts. The seats are very firm and dry quickly if stored upward. The height and size of table and chairs is perfect. The set is very attractive and light enough to make it easy to move around.

My second set arrived with both arms crushed, specifically, the right arm had completely separated metal where the arm screws into the back of the chair, and the left arm had the top portion where your arm rest, pinched or crushed approximately 2” in length. Both damaged arms were packaged under the chairs by the manufacturer. Attempting to get replacement arms via the manufacturer “Sunvilla” requires contacting several employees for the past two weeks stating July 2nd. After contacting Sams Club, one employee at Sams Club told me to contact “Sunvilla” directly as it was “Sunvilla's” issue. I purchased the set from Sams Club, NOT Sunvilla, therefore it IS a Sams Club issue. Overall, I like the set although in my opinion, the cushions are on the thin side. I would hesitate to purchase this set again due the huge hassle to get replacement parts. I'm still waiting over two weeks now for the parts. Actually a second week now as they failed to send the correct parts the first time.

Assembly required. Was well-packed. Good quality and sturdy. Definitely need to read instructions carefully due to many plates/washers/bolts/nuts. Chairs are time consuming to assemble with the tools provided in the parts package. A ratchet set (which I did not have) would have easily saved me an hour.
