first the flavor is great though might be a little salty for some but adding some lemon juice will help with that. the texture....well if youve had jerky in your mouth and it starts to "rehydrate" that's roughly it. I made it work with some egg noodles, cream of mushroom, and a little sour cream for a mock stroganoff.

I tried these as a sample in the club and was super shocked at how good they were. Sometimes you get home and find out you were just hungry while shopping....but not this time. These are that good! And I am picky. They had really good seasoning, were ready in less than 5 minutes and it is a good amount of meat. And if you need dinner in a snap, no one will know you didn't cook this yourself ;)

These don't even taste like steak...Highly processed and tastes like garbage, they're actually going in my dog's food which she wouldn't even eat at first until I rinsed all the seasoning crap off of it which tastes awfulall as well. You're better off just buying steak pieces and sauté up yourself.

I was skeptical when I bought the Member's Mark Seasoned Angus Beef Bites with Garlic and Herb Compound Butter since they're a bit pricey, but after my first bite, I knew I had found another go-to product to add to our meal menu. They're incredibly easy to prepare, and since it's just my wife and me, one package makes three satisfying meals. Add some mashed potatoes and gravy or a baked potato and salad, and you've got a meal fit for a king and queen. There's very little fat and plenty of tender, flavorful beef to satisfy any steak craving in a short amount of time.

Very gross! The texture and smell was like jerky. I was hoping to use it for meal prep. But as soon as I took it out of the package I knew I wasn't going to like it. Spend the little extra time and just make some fresh with stew meat, garlic and a good butter. (It won't let me upload photos)

Like these a lot. Super easy to make. Use the air fryer method. They will be very tender and not over cooked. I recommended them to my coworkers and one of them told me they didn't taste like steak. I'll agree, not the taste of steak, but nicely tender beef. Great for a quick dinner.

I actually enjoyed these. I made it with basmati rice, greek salad, humus and pita. It was a hit. I tasted a sample at the store, and really liked it. The lady said she just microwaved it, so I did go not dry it out. It's a tad salty but mixed with salad and rice it's not noticeable. Would deff purchase again.

I was disappointed with this item. I prepared according to directions using air fryer. First let me say that what's in the package only bears a fleeting resemblance to what's inside. After heating and tossing in the garlic sauce, what we tasted was mostly gristle and fat. The flavor of the seasoning was good but very oily. I definitely will NOT purchase this product again. Terrible value for the price.

This was absolutely disgusting. I bought these thinking they would be easy to heat up in my air fryer in my hotel. I cooked them like it said on package. I added the butter after cooking and the taste and texture of this is horrible. I'm pretty sure it's tube made beef. There is no way that this is real beef. Not worth $18. Id rather starve. Do not waste your money on this. Also for people who say this is good must have never eaten a real steak. It's not even letting me upload a photo….

Taste was good. Meat was tender. Not quite as good as making it fresh, but ver close second.
