we have always been fully satisfied with Sam's but will confess we are no t happy with all the automation but we are doing our best to learn the fact that we are 91 and 88 years old makes it very hard for us.

Over filled the tires with air. This is the only way you can void the Michelin warranty. So we took the car to another Michelin dealer, they gave us a whole new set of tires based on a faulty install.

Tire installation was pretty fast they took care of my truck. Literally waited about 1 hour or less in store on a Saturday. Good work. Thank you for helping with the tires I wanted on my truck. Great service.

It’s always a pleasure buying tires at SAM’s. The tires are great, the installation fast, and the price is reasonable. Free tire rotation is an added plus.

Grease/white powder from factory was left on tires. What a mess the tires were when we picked up car! Had to take car back due to the issue that all tires were out of balance. We had 4 new tires installed & had all these issues. Never again!

My new tires were balanced and installed in less than 30 minutes. An excellent job done very quickly. The installation cost was less than Discount Tires.

Price was great. I live on gravel and understand that the rims are gonna have a lot of gravel dust, but that doesn’t mean they get to put it inside my car all over!!

My Sam’s club tire and battery never could get the tires balance right !! Not sure if it was a balancer problem or a technician problem? I took my vehicle to another tire store and had then balance the tires and everything was fine,
