Thought I paid for all of it when I ordered the tires. Turned out you need to pay for it at the desk at the time of your appointment. I lost my wallet so I didn’t have cards with me and they refused to provide service and told me to reschedule. What a waste of time.

We have had all our tires mounted at the Easton, PA location and on at least 2 separate occasions on 2 different vehicles, they failed to properly torque the lugs. On the first occasion, we got a flat 2 weeks after getting the tires and when I went to change it, the lugs broke loose with a short wrench and very little effort. On the second vehicle, which has a factory torque spec of 150 ft/lb, I checked the lugs before I even left the Sam's Club lot during the initial installation. Once again, they were very loose. I immediately complained and learned on both occasions it was the same tech who did the job. They said he was their "best" and had worked there for many, many years. I invited them to come out and see for themselves, but they just insisted it wasn't impossible and then had me watch the security video showing that he used the torque stick like he's supposed to. What was that supposed to prove?? My other issue with this location is that mounting WITH an appointment often takes over SIX HOURS. That's absurd for a job that any other shop can do in 30-60 minutes. About the only thing the tire install has going for it at Sam's is the price.

After ordering tires we were called and told to come and pick them up because the tire center was closing. Sam's refused to put them on and said there would not be any warranty or free rotation since they were not installing them. While we were standing there there was discussion between two employees about the tire appointments for the next day. Looking in my emails I see that through tracking the tires had come in the previous day, but we were never notified until called to come get them. Don't buy your tires from Sam's !!!

Put tire check pressure in alll tires.he made so lug not were tight. The Tire ride very smooth.
