Tire Installation Package

The guys at the Jonesboro location did great for me everytime I made an app. Got  me in an out smoothly with no problems at all.

I was satisfied to buy a good new set of tires at a reasonable price with nice care package incentives and road service assistance.

get email reminder for the appointment to install four tires. Went to Sam's club and the tires are not there. Waste of my time.

Bad service and not recommended

Bought tires at walmart and they did not allow me to have them installed even though they are the same company and i have a membership at Sams club and the receipts from walmart. Pretty lame.

Could not install

First of all, the tires I had replaced are awesome.  They replaced the 2 front and I had to sign a waiver.
The tires are rated 35 psi they were not inflated to specifications.

Tire package

I was happy with my purchase of Michelin tires. I was completely unhappy with the mounting of the tires. I went on a road trip and much to my dismay, the front tires were not balanced correctly. The front wheels shimmied while going between 60 and 65. Therefore, I had no choice but to drive to my destination, either under 50 or over 70. When I arrived at my destination, I brought the car into a tire specialty place, and had the real I had the wheels rebalanced. They told me that the left front was off by an ounce and the right front was off by a half an ounce. That corrected the situation. I brought the car back to them a couple of days later to have the rear wheels rebalanced. One of those wheels was off balance as well.

Poor tire installation.

The final installation was quick and job done was awesome. However, I had an 11:00 appointment the first time and after waiting an hour and a half, there were still several cars ahead of me. I couldn't wait. I left and came back the next day where it was done in a timely manner. Why make an appointment and then have such a long wait? The customers have things to do as well.
