....and then will do nothing about it. So take pics of your wheels beforehand if you're concerned about such things.

They scratch your wheels

85,000 Mile tires.. went over tire rotation now warranty void.. not even a yr old.. tires cupped on the (rear)

Not reasonable

The worst communication and customer service I’ve ever had. This tire unit is wired not to work. Doesn’t do good for Sam’s Club’s reputation.

The Dover, DE Sams Location did a great job installing 4 new tires - but they don't clean the sidewalls - I'm not sure if that is part of the service or not.  Driving with Blue lettering on your tires does not look good at all :)

Great Install - Bad Cleanup

Although I paid for the install package, My valve stems were NOT replaced.  I only know because while traveling far from home, I got a flat tire and the tire store said that they were old.

Nice tires, service lacked a bit

Best pricing, best customer service and best shopping experience. Bought online, shipped to the store, made an appointment, got tires installed! That easy! Sam's Club has exceeded my expectations and kudos for investing in technology.

I started with a slow leak in the tire that led to a new tire based on the. Word of the Tech.  The experience was horrible from start to finish.  I showed up at my appt time to be told my appt was at another time very rudely.  I returned and waited an hour to find out it was not fixable.  Another hour later I had a new tire.  When I started the truck I found the tire pressure Elbert on the dash was lit so I walked all the way back in to be given an attitude again that I needed to drive it around to get the tire monitor to reset.  Well it reset to 35 lbs, the truck calls for 39 psi so I went to WAWA up the street and filled it myself because I was tired of being treated like a 2nd class citizen.  The tire is out of balance as I found on a road trip ( no worries, I will pay extra any where else other than Sam’s club to get it right).  On top of all of this they also damaged my rim with the tire machine.  If a manager from Sam’s would like to reach out please feel free.

Horrible service, you should be ashamed

The final installation was quick and job done was awesome. However, I had an 11:00 appointment the first time and after waiting an hour and a half, there were still several cars ahead of me. I couldn't wait. I left and came back the next day where it was done in a timely manner. Why make an appointment and then have such a long wait? The customers have things to do as well.
