Employees were helpful, courtesy and keep me up to date. I checked several places and the price I got at Sam’s was the best around.

Protection Policy was already utilized due to a punctured tire. The process was transparent, no problems.

Tires were promised delivery several weeks before they arrived. Local store didn't have staff to tell you where they were or when they might arrive.

They do not repair flat tires at this location, even though they advertise lifetime free flat repair with the new tire installation fee.

Sam's did not pressurize my new tires to the correct level. I had to go to my Toyota dealer to fix this.

Make sure you have your wheel lock if you have one! Also, confirm if you even have locked wheels...
