Quick tire installation, friendly staff, didn't like having to walk around to front of store in pouring rain

After purchasing a road hazard warranty for four tires, I was told that I had to pay full price for new tires. The road hazard warranty is a rip off.

The Tire Installation package is a must have with the purchase of your tires. It includes roadside assistance.

I sent a long email, twice now, to Sam's customer service for the awful customer service. No response.

Very disappointed with trying to purchase tires at Sam’s Club, Vero Beach, Florida. Will not shop the automotive section at this location again.

Good tires, did not hydroplane on interstate with massive rains. Live on one lane in the middle of nowhere and does well on mountain road.

Had to have the air checked again before I left and glad I did. A faulty air gun was used and tires were very under flated.

Everything went smoothly and was done in a timely manner, even reset my computer tire monitoring for my car.

Sam's club tech could not figure out a socket wrench so he stripped my lug nut. Then he said he was not trained to issue a refund.

Tires were not balanced properly and had to drive it for vacation before I could get it back to re balance all four.
