Wrong tire was ordered. Correct size has been ordered by Darin. Getting it installed 7/27/25 on Sunday.

Everything went smoothly and was done in a timely manner, even reset my computer tire monitoring for my car.

Good service. But overfilled one tire with two much air called for 35 psi. Put 38 psi. Problem when temps are high.

Guys did not put the spare back on the truck, just threw it into the bed. VERY, very bad! Tire itself is too new to rate.

The worker was very slow, didn't mind me watching him, and seemed to enjoy slowing him down. I was at it for three and a half hours.

Best installation package around. Service is always given with courtesy and Jay does things very smoothly.

No concerns. Only issue was no communication that they tires were received. No communication regarding confirmation of the appointment.

Tires wear well as long as you have them rotated regularly. Sams club makes it easy to get in and out with an appt.

The installers were great. Had them installed in less time than quoted. They were extremely careful with my vehicle as well
