Tire Installation Package

Balance  machine  broken  when come 1st time

Sam's club put my tires on for a great price. They mounted and balanced them well and the car rides great.

Within one week of my phone call to Sam’s I had new tires! The installation went extremely quick! The tire department and mechanics cannot be beat!

Great replacement tires and service

After purchasing a road hazard warranty for four tires, I was told that I had to pay full price for new tires. The road hazard warranty is a rip off.

Don’t purchase the warranty; not worth it.

When I went to Sam's for my new tire installation my tpms sensors worked fine. When I left I  had problems.

Bad experience

Quick service, so far it's been around 3 weeks no problems at all. The only thing 8 would add to the aervice is the alignment extra charge of course.

I ordered 2 tires & was told I would get a call when they were in. Took only 45 minutes to get them put on.

Short wait to get the tires installed.

I was happy with my purchase of Michelin tires. I was completely unhappy with the mounting of the tires. I went on a road trip and much to my dismay, the front tires were not balanced correctly. The front wheels shimmied while going between 60 and 65. Therefore, I had no choice but to drive to my destination, either under 50 or over 70. When I arrived at my destination, I brought the car into a tire specialty place, and had the real I had the wheels rebalanced. They told me that the left front was off by an ounce and the right front was off by a half an ounce. That corrected the situation. I brought the car back to them a couple of days later to have the rear wheels rebalanced. One of those wheels was off balance as well.

Poor tire installation.

The final installation was quick and job done was awesome. However, I had an 11:00 appointment the first time and after waiting an hour and a half, there were still several cars ahead of me. I couldn't wait. I left and came back the next day where it was done in a timely manner. Why make an appointment and then have such a long wait? The customers have things to do as well.
