I was able to walk in with flat tire on rim... They got me out the door with a new tire on the rim within 30 min.

Was told Sam's was not carrying Michelin tires. Agreed on Hankook but the shoo put on Continental. Going back to get Michelin.

Name brand tires at lower cost than other tire stores I checked. Put new tires on our Nissan Kicks.

I WAIT 3 HOURS TO REPLACE 4 TIRES AND THE PRESSURE IN ONE THE TIRES WAS TOO HIGH, 55 LB INSTEAD OF 32 LB. I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE SHOP.

Went back because car rides rough and loud. They asked if they were rotated right. How should I know, you put them on. Bad service manager, no help.
