Purchased these tires at a good price in Dec 2023, shop foreman told me since we didn't live in the same town as Sam's, we could go to Walmart in our hometown. Turns out, information is false. Walmart can't service the tires, can't rotate them, anyone other than Sams works on them, it voids the warranty. This is NOT what we were told when we bought them.

Staff was extremely rude and dismissive. They wouldn’t answer my questions, they just ignored me. Tires were not balanced. The hour and 20 minute ride home was scary. I had to get them balanced closer to home because there was no way I could drive all the way back to Sam’s to get them fixed. The place that balanced them said there was no way Sam’s balanced them during installation.

Do not waste your time or money on the installation package. They're a tire shop that can not change a tire. Had swollen lug nuts on my 2009 Toyota Camry(very common problem) did not have tools to deal with problem. Every other tire shop, VIP Tire, Tire Warehouse, Paulin's Tire, even Meineke just to name a few all could do the work. I would recommend any one of them. They were all super knowledgeable and forthcoming when I spoke to them. Unlike the techs a Sam's Tire Center. Unfortunately they are booking several weeks out. Do yourself a favor, book with a competent shop first time around and save yourself the headache. Sam's Tire and Battery is a joke!

Joel at counter did a great job reconfirming what I already knew about Pirelli and Falken tires. The treadwear importance, best used, grade and everything that's literally confirmed at Youtube and Tire review sites at Google. Did my typical shopping, went to tire shop and ended up surprised knowing they had Pirelli P4 tires of buying 4 and getting an $80 coupon. Balanced and installed tires for $26 and out in exactly 26 minutes while everyone was racing to get water for the next hurricane..great timin! Great purchase and customer support. We knew we needed four new tires for a trip we had planned. We ordered them, had to wait a week. No big deal. When we went to have the tires put on, they told us that they had ordered the wrong tire. So since they didn't have the tire we wanted in stock, they ordered them. We had to wait another week for them to come in, and by then it was too late for us to drive that car for our trip. Very disappointing and maddening.

I ordered 4 new tires online for my 2004 Tundra, after getting a flat on the right rear. They were shipped in 2 days to the store. When I got to the store, I forgot to tell the Tech that the spare was on the right rear, and that the flat was in the bed of the truck. The Tech found the flat and changed it out. He even reinstalled the spare under the rear of the truck which is a pain to do. I was in and out in a bout an hour, and the tires are perfectly balanced. I am well satisfied with the tire installation, and will not hesitate to recommend this Sam's Club location to others for tires.

I just ordered a set of Cooper tires at the store for a pretty good price! The kept me updated with tracking and delivery times. It took a few days, which was ok. Once delivered, I set up an appointment, took my car in, went shopping for about an hour. I went to the front and they tech was just filling out my paperwork and my car was already back in the parking lot! I think that was the fastest full set of tires I have ever had installed in my life! Fabulous! Thanks guys!

When on highway 75mph...truck was not smooth. went back and had then re-balance tires...much better

The manager was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Service was excellent.
