After purchasing a road hazard warranty for four tires, I was told that I had to pay full price for new tires. The road hazard warranty is a rip off.

Install was fast and on time. They did not install new valves as they should have but I do not have time to go back and redo.

When I went to Sam's for my new tire installation my tpms sensors worked fine. When I left I had problems.

Poor installation by the “technician” damaged one of the special order tires requiring me to travel back to the shop four times from 60 miles away.

Scheduled installation, tires were installed as scheduled. Requested no visible tire weights, tires balanced as requested.

Delayed by 2 hours. My anointment time was at 10.00 am and my single tire change was completed around 1.30 pm

Great job on installation, wish there was a way to know when the install was complete, the in-store PA system could not be heard.

I had to wait over 2hrs to change out 1 tire and I even had an appointment for this change out. They don’t have any sense of urgency.

It took about one hr from ordering tires to install. Price was significantly lower than other places. Pleased with tire purchased and service
