My tires were there when I arrived for the installation. No waiting to be served. The installation took about an hour. Just enough time to do my shopping at Sam's Club.

Just bought new tires at Sam's about one month ago. Recently punctured tire with a hunk of rebar. Got a new tire installed for around $20. Happy Camper!

There was a mix up on the appointment. Took about 15 minutes to find someone (that didn't look like a manager to me). They could've installed my tire in that time. Instead, they apologized and sent me on my way.

3.5 hours (8:00a-11:30a) for installing 5 tires. I had first appointment of the day and mine was the only vehicle in bay for 2+ hrs of the 3.5 hrs. Added bonus, not all tires were properly mounted or balanced.

I had them replace 2 rear tires and rotate the rear ones to the front. This was our company van so down time matters. They installed the new air pressure monitors in the tires. They did it in a timely manner.

Never again will I purchase a tire at Sam's Club due to the very poor quality of installation technicians. Had to go back three or four times to get what they had messed up fixed and I got the runaround about it until finally I was very upset.

Installation at Sam's club was easy, and the benefits great. For a small fee all of the extras including free tire rotations going forward are included. Why go elsewhere?

They did a bad job. One of my front tires was loose enough that the whole car vibrated. Luckily, I stopped at a tire shop and they were able to fix the problem. One of the tire weights fell off completely. Not very happy with the service.

Tire installation was great! Balance was well done. Was done in a timely fashion. The installer Shane noticed that my battery was dying. I appreciate he noticed that. The customer service people were very helpful.

Two weeks after the tires were installed I found a screw and it destroyed the sidewall of one of the tires. My local Sam's ordered me a new tire and in 2 days I was back in business.
