Broke my tire pressure monitor and blamed it on a 3 year old car and would not fix. It cost me an additional150.00 to take to a dealership toget fixed.

I didn't expect that my issue would get resolved in one visit. It was a defective tire that was replaced, and only charged for the installation cost.

I was over charged for a tire replacement of an almost new tire $110.00 for replacement tire that cost $253.00 that was about 6 weeks old with low miles.

I shopped for tires within my budget that were well known reputable manufacture and Sam's club provided. Also, it was great to get a discount from manufacturer the month I was looking.

Overall experience was good, but I had to return and have the tech remount 1 tire because they mounted it backwards so I could not see the tire date code.

Installation appointments took two and a half hours after I was told it would take an hour and a half. Otherwise, I can’t comment on tires or installation as I only drove car for a few minutes after leaving Sam’s.

The installation is good, the young technician is very polite , but the older technician not very polite when I inquired my original tire caps, not very helpful and polite to the customer. This is at Sam club in Sugar Land.

Had our tires two weeks. Picked up a sharp metal piece in the tread from all the construction around town. Took it back to Sam’s. Replaced the tire and got us back on the road in no time! Worth the expense.
