Sam’s follow-through with tire replacement warranty. Excellent service! The guys were polite and helpful. My sister was impressed so much she is buying tires from Sam’s.

The customer service is just excellent truthful honest they complete the job. They’re very patient and let me know what I need to do to get my car ready the tires to be on.

First they said they could not remove lug nuts, so i went to a tire shop so they can remove them. Came back and had tires installed. Tires were over and under inflated. From 28 psi - 68 psi!
