Technicians did a wonderful job. They took my new rims and installed new tires, within minutes. Manager helped me understand tire pressure sensor. I'm glad Sam's was there for me.

Purchased new tires a couple of months ago and then had a blowout. The tire was faulty. Called Sam’s tire department and told them what Happened. Brought the old tire back in show them and there was no problem in getting it Exchanged.

they couldn't install the tires i got because the lift is old and cann't lift my car. need to update the lift as i was told that it will not lift newer cars. spend the money to up grade your lift. now that i know this i will buy my tires else where.

Was very happy with tires but mechanics did not balance the tires properly and had to return to a different store to get them right.. One front tire had no wheel weights at all and was horribly out of balance. Should never have been released.

tire tech were very efficient installing tires. I was in and out in less than an hour. Friendly and explained the extras you get with Sams Club tireinstallation.

Never installed, cancelled order because call center failed to make my install reservation tho they assured me they had. I showed up for a given reservation that never existed. Poor customer service for 40 year Sam club member
