The best deal around. The techs were careful with the wheels and locks, and used a torque wrench to insure lugs were tightened to spec. Balance was spot on. Very impressed.

Tire installation was done correctly the first time. I didn’t have to go back and forth, to have tire installed correctly. They are always busy, however, you are encouraged to make an appointment, which was less time consuming than waiting.

Out of all the tires that I’ve ever bought from my cars these are the best. For winters in Minnesota they grip the road quite well and I have excellent breaking in the snow as well. Best tires On a car I have ever purchased.

Good service but very slow to install the tires due to not enough installers in the service shop. I had an appointment and it still took well over twice the time I was told.

Given the cost of installation, valve stems, road hazard, etc., at other tire centers, I consider $20 per tire to be great on the Civic, and the free installation deal to be magnificent on the Odyssey.

I had the tires installed on April 15, 2024 and Sams is running a sale for for free tire Installation on May 3 , 2024. If had l had waited I could have saved $80.00.

The gentleman that attended to us on a sunday while traveling with tire trouble was truly amazing. He went out of his way to explain everything to us even showed us the damage to the tires. God sent us to him

Good amount of weight added for balance, but apparently that’s just a thing with Goodyear tires. No vibrations at any speed. The guys did a great job. I know I have a couple of wonky lug nuts and came prepared with new ones, but none were needed.

pirelli tires, can't balance them, 3 attempts to balance them, 2 appointments, now waiting for another appointment......not sure if they are defective tires or the tire balance machine is not working or if it's a technician training issue?

Nothing wrong with the install, thougth they took too long to complete the job given two guys doing the install with their own set of tools and no other jobs to do , still took about 40 mins
